I always thought that love in the end wins no matter what the circumstances are it always finds its way back up and wins over every possible obstacle and finally two lovers reunite to live with each other forever till death do them...
"WHAT the heck is his problem? I mean who does this?", Anum was whisper shouting, she kept on rambling about how much cruel, narcissistic, arrogant Sohail is. He did do somethings these past fourteen weeks which lea Anum to hate him more than before. Now her voice was no longer a whisper she was literally shouting but her voice was only echoing in the small cabin of hers for which Adnan thanked ALLAH. "I can't believe he shouted at me in the meeting, he made me work so much that I do not even have the time to breathe......why is he so arrogant and evil, might I add that he's the king of evils." All the while her back was at Adnan.
Sohail entered the cabin sneaking, Adnan felt presence behind him when he turned he was shocked to see Sohail there. Before Adnan could warn Anum Sohail shook his head signaling him not to inform her about his presence. Sohail's eyes turned darker as to every word he was listening coming out of her mouth, Adnan was enjoying the whole situation as always, he loved to see such type of environment between Anum and Sohail.
"ehm ehm", Adnan tried to indicate Sohail's presence to Anum but to no avail. She kept on rambling about how pathetic of an idiot Sohail was, "he's exactly what I thought he was... his personality is the reason why people hate him and everyone is away from him including his family, his children. You see this is the only reason which can explain his flings with women, he's a player......"
"SHUT UP! JUST SHUT UP IF I LISTEN ONE MORE WORD I WON'T HESITATE EVEN FOR A SECOND TO DRAG YOU OUT OF THIS OFFICE."
"Hey man! Let it go." Adnan said coming forward, putting his hand over Sohail's shoulder. Sohail shove his hand off of his shoulder and glared at Anum. It was as if he was throwing daggers at her and all Anum could do was feel scared under his hard stare. She felt a shiver of horror run down her spine.
"Now don't play innocent and get back to work I would certainly not tolerate such behavior next time I'm sparing you this time just because of Adnan If it wouldn't have been for him I would have never even considered your job as a secretary. One more thing though do not assume things on your own. I don't hire people to talk behind my back and certainly not about my personal life." He said with venom dripping out of his each and every word.
She tried to compose herself but could not do so especially after all this blast. Her head was down, looking at the floor as if it's the most interesting thing at the time.
Before exiting the room, he turned for one last time and spoke just the same thing which she said to him in his so-called presence, "You're exactly what I thought you were," with gritted teeth and left the cabin.
She felt as if she had been slapped hard on the face. Her knees were making her weak, difficult for her to stand so she decided to sit and held her forehead with her left hand. Adnan came rushing towards her, "sweet pea you okay?"
She nodded then answered with a raspy voice due to not speaking for some time or should I say the outburst, "Yes....um- I want be alone right now...don't worry about me." With that he left her alone closing the door behind him.
