Charlie opened up her eyes. The noise of her alarm made her nauseous. She quickly pushed her hand onto the snooze button to make it shut down. She rubbed her head and noticed tears were rolling down her cheeks. She really was crying, in real life and dream world. But she didn't need to anymore, it was all over.

Charlie wiped away her tears. She raised her body and looked over at the clock. It was about ten in the morning. A Saturday too. She jumped out of bed. On the floor there were some bunny slippers and she slipped them on.

Charlie ran out into the hall and took a left. She entered her bathroom and looked into the mirror. Her frizzy hair was just all over the place. It really did feel like a huge weight was lifted off of her back. All she felt was happiness and she was really energetic. She picked up her comb near the faucet.

Charlie raised her comb over her frizzy hair. Petting her hair with the comb she just knew what she was going to do today. Call her old friends and tell them to visit for the weekend. Go out on the town and more. Maybe even talk about her crazy nightmare that she had. Or even the worst talk anyone could have, school.

But first she was going to talk to Aunt Jen about how today is going to be a new day. It really just feels like a whole new life. That was the crazy part. Just one tip that she needs to give herself is to ignore. Ignore all of the things that happened in Hurricane. Even these nightmares, but she will only tell the tale once.

Charlie put down her brush and her hair was good enough. She's just going to mess with it more later. Right now she has important things to do. She ran down the hall to the door of her aunt's room. She knocked on it several times. The voice she heard was hers and she said, "Char- Charlie is that you"?!

"Yeah, it's me, I just wanted to say that I'm very happy today", she shouted from behind the door. The door to her aunt's room opened. Charlie smiled at her. Her aunt seemed to have her eyes widened. "Charlie, I haven't seen you this energetic in...", her aunt said but was interrupted by Charlie. She said, "Who knows how, yeah I know, also I'm inviting my friends over".

Charlie quickly walked away from Aunt Jen to talk with her friends on the phone. She ran into the kitchen and picked up the phone. She pressed a couple of numbers and realized. John first of course. She pressed more buttons and held the phone to her ear. John's voice was heard, "Uh... Charlie is that you"!?

Both of them haven't talked to each other in a while so it was a surprise. What did she want to say? Charlie had so many things to tell him that she should just get started with 'hello'. "Oh hey, yeah it has been a while hasn't it, I just wanted to ask if you want to come over to my place", Charlie said to him. There was silence for a moment and John said, "Yes, definitely, I will try to get there as fast as I can"! Charlie held the phone to her.

Charlie responded back, "Not too fast, hahaha". What else did she want to say? Oh well, she will talk more when he gets here. "I'll see you soon John, the others are coming too", she continued. John then said, "Alright, see you". She looked up at the notepad stuck to the refrigerator.

There was more phone numbers up there. Carlton's and Jessica's. The only one she actually remembered was John's. Made sense after all, she cared about him. She held her phone close to her body. She whispered to herself, "See you too my sweet prince".
