Stiles and Lydia

Third POV

Stiles and Lydia stood there frozen with shock as Void simply snapped Allison's neck.
" ALLISON!" Lydia screamed painfully as Stiles clung onto her not wanting her to run in the middle of things and get hurt . Lydia punched and kicked Stiles but he wouldn't remove his caring arms from her body .

" Lydia come on! Stop please ! ... Lydia ..." the words rolled off his tongue as he desperately tried not to cry

To be strong for Lydia He thought wiping the single tear that escaped his eye

Lydia turned around to Stiles looked him straight in the eyes and clung into him for dear life

" she's gone ... there - there is nothing we can do to bring her back Stiles ... nothing " She sobbed as Stiles stroked her back in a circular motion

" and all this time ... Allison just wanted me to confess to you and I couldn't even do that yet she can got herself killed for me ..." Lydia continued to blab on. Although a few moments later she realised the mistake she had made

Stiles furrowed his eyebrows ...

" confess what Lydia ? ..." He asked desperate to hear the answer he's always wanted

" ... that I love you Stiles , I always have I just didn't realise it then " She said putting her head down ... embarrassed

Suddenly Stiles took her cheeks with his soft hands and pressed his lips against hers .
Stiles didn't recognise this new spark of confidence but he decided to embrace it while it lasts .
Lydia's brain spun , this was so much better than she had imagined . Sometimes she would just daydream in AP biology - mostly about bad things but sometimes it would be the pair of them holding hands or sharing there first kiss .

Despite her being a banshee, she did not expect their first kiss in a place like this , full of grieve from the recent event . She decided to ignore the shallow hole she felt inside her knowing that Allison would want her to enjoy the moment . And she did .

Eventually they parted and they both just stared into each others eyes .

" I-I love you Lydia Martin ..." Stiles said nervously

"I love you too Stiles " Lydia replied as they shared one more kiss ...
