Kelissa Spark had lived in Central City her entire life, along with her two best friends, Barry Allen and Iris West. The three of them were practically inseparable throughout their childhood, and parts of high school. But, when Kelissa was offered early graduation and a full ride to her dream college; she took the opportunity.
When she returns to Central City on the night of the particle accelerator, something goes terribly wrong at S.T.A.R. Labs. Kelissa was in her new apartment when she was struck by a source that she couldn't pinpoint, which sends her into a six-month long coma. What she didn't know was that her best friend was also affected.
What happens when Harrison Wells helps teach the speedster and the clairvoyant to use their powers for good, to stop evil?

i have watched the flash pretty much non-stop for the past month. obsession has taken a hold on me, and i'm not even sorry for making another story. my other stories may take a little bit of a hiatus, as writing for this one is coming much more easily.
dedication : starfragment , who gave me this plot idea, for which i am super grateful for. she is one of my favorite authors on here, even though she has killed off almost all of my favorite oc's of hers. she also has a plot book, which you should definitely go check out!
this story is going to be centered around season one of the flash. the romance will be somewhat of a slow burn, as i would like to center the first half of the book on kalissa coming to terms with her powers, how to use them, etc.
i do not, in any way, want to make kalissa and barry just a 2.0 westallen [because what could compare to the this otp?]. the pair will be having their own dialogue and plot lines when times come.
