Where the hell are you?!

Kathy!

I've been looking everywhere in the school.

The gym. Her classes. Laboratories. Library. Her locker. The ERC. Music room. Damn! I even tried to go in the girls rest room.

I finally gave up and decided to just go at her place.

After I, almost getting into a car accident for speeding, I finally arrived at her house.

I banged at the door.

After a few seconds I heard running inside and Kathy opened the door.

"Keith, you just got to knock. You don't have-" I didn't let her finish anymore. She have to know that her 'perfect and loving boyfriend' as she said, is just playing her.

"Kathy listen to me. You've got to break up with Erick. He's just using you. I heard them awhile ago, Erick and Nick. They are just playing you. It's just a game. They are just having a bet on you. Please Kathy-"

"Wait, wait, wait. So, you're telling me my perfect and loving boyfriend," see, I told you. "is just playing me?"

I nodded.

"That Nick and him are just having a bet?"

I nodded.

"And you told me awhile ago that I have to go and break up with Erick?"

I nodded.

Then.... She laughed.

Laughed? Why would she laugh? We're just talking about your boyfriend playing you, here!

"Keith, did you know that Erick just called me awhile ago, saying, that you are gonna say those words you just said?" She said in between laughs.

I nodded.

"Wait, what?"

"Keith, I love him. And he loves me. So, just don't ruin our relationship." She said turning around and going back inside. But I stopped her.

"Kathy, y-you l-love him?"

"Yes, I really do. So, just don't ruin my relationship and.... And our friendship." She said.

"No, Kathy please believe me. He's just pla-"

"Oh, Keith will you just shut up! Shut up!" She shouted. I looked down, on the ground. "I'm not breaking up with him! He's not playing me. And he's not doing this for just a bet!" She sighed. "Keith," I looked up, to meet her beautiful, perfect eyes. "I asked for you to not ruin our friendship, but I think you don't value it."

"NO! I really do! Just believe me-" I begged her to believe me.

"Keith, you just wasted our friendship."

"NO! Please, Kathy please believe me. I don't want you to get hurt! Please Kathy! Just believe me! Please!" I'm practically begging now.

"Keith, do yourself a favor and just leave." She said calmly.

"No! I'm not leaving here 'till you believe me!"

She turned to go inside but I grabbed her wrist.

"Keith let me go." I let her go.

"No! Please just believe me! I don't want you to get hurt! With him you'll just get hurt."

Before she closed her door she said. "Don't worry Keith, if I get hurt, I won't go crying and come running to you."

"Kathy!" I banged at the door.

"Keith, just leave." She said at the other side of the door.

"No! I'm not leaving!"

"I'm calling Erick!"

~**a few minutes later**~

A car pulled up in Kathy's driveway.

And it's pretty obvious whose car it is.

I'm still right here outside Kathy's house. Waiting for her to open the damn door.

"So, who did she believe?" Erick chuckled.

Oh, I can't take it anymore! I punched him right in the jaw!

And it's just my luck that Kathy's door opened the exact moment I punch him.

"Erick!" Kathy quickly came to the bastards aid. "What the hell Keith?! Now you just proved me right to not believe you!" She turned to Erick. "Come on let's get you inside."

"Kathy-"

"Keith, I'm not asking anymore. I need you to leave my house right now! And don't you dare come back!"

I looked at Erick and saw him smiling.

"Well, you heard the lady, leave!" His voice was full of anger but his face denies it.

"Goodbye Kathy. Just remember what I told you."

I turned around and walked to my car.

Then drove away.
