=======Ash's P.O.V.=======
"Go! Gourgeist!" I heard Diantha yell while throwing her Pokeball. A blue light emerged from the Pokeball and out came her powerful Gourgist. I smirked, this isn't gonna stop me."Hey buddy, ya ready?" I asked Pikachu using telepathy. "Pika pika!" Pikachu said inside my backpack and jumped out on to the battle field.
"Battle Begin!" The referee said. "You have the honor to start Aaron," Diantha said with a determined smile. "Thanks Diantha, Pikachu, extreme speed to get in close! Then use Iron tail!" I said to Pikachu.
"Pi-Ka!" Pikachu said before running so fast that you would think he teleported.
"Quick! Gourgeist use phantom force to dodge!" Diantha said to Gourgeist with her hand raised high in the air. Gourgeist suddenly disappeared before Pikachu could use an Iron Tail on it.
"I don't expect less from a champion like you, but this doesn't mean that we will lose either." I said raising my hand into a fist in front of my burning eyes. "Pikachu, use your iron tail and bounce up high into the air where Gourgeist can't hit you!" Pikachu nodded and quickly used the momentum it got from extreme speed and hit its iron tail onto the ground and sour through the sky.
"Seed bomb, now!" I heard Diantha say, I then looked around and saw Gourgeist reappearing and charging up an attack. "Pikachu, quick! Use another Iron tail to reflect the seed back to Gourgeist!" I said looking to where Pikachu was currently.
"Kachu-Pi!" Pikachu yelled while doing flip and hitting the seeds back to Gourgeist. Here then was a loud explosion on where Gourgeist was, "Gourgeist!" Diantha said looking on to see if it was ok. "Pikachu! Take this chance and use Thunderbolt!" I yelled knowing that this hi will be the last move.
Then a loud "Pikachu!" was heard. After that, a huge bright yellow lightning bolt apeeared and made a power shortage in the entire stadium. Nobody knew what was going on except for me. I was smirking underneath and saw Pikachu landing in front of me.
After about what seemed like to be 3 minutes, the lights opened back up revealing an still unconscious Gorgeist and my Pikachu sitting on the ground looking innocently towards the crowd as if a baby just woke up. I chuckled at that. The referee announced the winner of that battle and told Diantha to choose her second pokemon while still in shock. Gasps were heard everywhere, people were mumbling about my power, and I could've sworn I heard someone yell, "NOTICE ME SENPAI!" But I shook that off and told Pikachu to return.
After everyone settled down, I looked towards the field and noticed two things. One, an angry champion, probably because of how she got humiliated, second, a demolished battle field. I sweat dropped at the look of the battle field and knowing that was only a 50% power thunderbolt from Pikachu.
=======Serena's P.O.V.=======
"O..M...A.... How did the stadium get this bad from just taking one thunder bolt? Despite that, the stadium was made in dirt and mud..." I thought to myself, shocked to see someone with this much power. I wouldn't want a person like that as an enemy, I kind of feel bad for Calem now, having Aaron as a foe. Speaking of Calem, were is he anyway? Meh, he is just probably sitting in one of the trainer seat along with Max, Bonnie, Gary, Iris, and Alain. Yes, Alain, he texted me saying that he and a couple of Ash's past rivals will be here to compete.Anyways, back to topic, this cu- WAIT NO YOU DON'T SERENA YOU CAN'T BE ALREADY FALLING FOR HIM! YOU HAVE ONLY KNOWN HIM FOR TWO DAYS! Anyways, this Aaron guy battles just like ash, have the same determined face when battling. And his actions are somewhat like Ash, I wonder... I just wonder if it is him... No way Serena, what are you talking about? Ash saved your life while sacrificing his own remember?
