I rested for a few hours on the bed before trying to get up, but my body wouldn't let me move. Though, I was not in pain. I just felt stiff as if I was trapped in a stone and there were no weak spots to break out. I looked at Firestar, then at the door, then back at her and asked, "Do you ever know when I will be better? I don't want to be stuck here forever in this one spot." Firestar looked at me. "It might be about a week before you fully heal." After saying that she frowned, then looked at the ground. I looked at her, smiling in an attempt to cheer her up, "Hey, don't be so depressed... it could be worse, right? I could've died if it weren't for you helping me and patching me up." She looked at me after saying that and slightly smiled. "Yeah you're right, thanks." I smiled at her and said, "You're welcome." Then I closed my eyes and started to fall asleep. I woke up a few hours later, yawning. I looked around; Firestar seemed to be nowhere in sight. I was so bored, so I decided to look for her for entertainment, even if it meant she would yell at me as if she was my mom. I teleported off my bed, making it so my teleport would place me in a standing position, but the moment I teleported I just collapsed and fell on the ground. It hurt like hell too, since I ended up hitting one of my wounds. I just laid there, cursing under my breath while trying to get up, even though I kept failing every time. I then heard someone run up the stairs to my room. Firestar opened my door, looking concerned. "I heard a bang from your room! Are you okay?" Even though I was laying on the ground, I just replied by saying in a slightly sarcastic tone, "Hey... yeah I'm totally fine. It's not like I'm laying on a fucking painful wound of mine... it hurts like hell." She looked at me and sighed, then lifted me up and put me in my bed again, saying, "You tried to get up from the bed didn't you?" I looked away and said, "No..." She looked at me with an annoyed and slightly angered face, "You're a horrible liar." I looked at her and sighed, then said, "Alright I did, but it was because I was bored and was going to look for you for some entertainment, even if it meant you yelling at me; so I had something to do instead of just laying here." She sighed, then said, "Do you want me to get you something to keep yourself entertained?" I looked at her and nodded, "Sure. A book would be nice." After I said that, she smiled, "Alright, any preference?" I just shook my head, "No, not really. Anything's fine. Just don't grab something with too much romance." She laughed a bit and said, "Okay." Then she walked out of the room and shut the door. I waited around 5 minutes before she finally returned. She looked at me and smiled, "How about this one? It's called The One God to Control it All. It's about a war between two brothers that fight to control both heaven and hell. After you're done reading that one you can read this, which is called King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table." I nodded my head for a moment and said, "Sure that works, I guess." She smiled, "Alright." Then she handed me the two thick books and walked downstairs. I smiled and started to read them.
