Tenrou Island Arc Part 9 - Raging Waters

Damian rushes at the Golem at full speed seemingly leaving it an opening to strike.

"Smash him into pieces!"
Wren orders as it cocks its' arm back and launches its fist at Damian.

Damian in response jumps up causing the Golem to miss and allowing him to land on top of it's hand.

He begins to run up the arm towards Wren only for the Golem to try and smash him with his other hand.
Damian jumps once more and performs a backflip in midair with one leg extended being followed by a large spiral of water.

"Water Dragon-" Damian completes his flip and forcefully kicks his outward leg towards the Golem causing the water to rocket towards it.

"Crushing Fang!"

The water spiral crashes into the Golem, in the process, not only causing it to fall to the ground but also knocking Wren off of it as well.

The Golem began to disintegrate into the ground as Wren stands up with a look of rage in his eyes.

"That's it! No more games!" Wren's magic energy began flaring up causing the earth beneath them to rumble in anticipation.

Juvia and Erza at the time were still handling the girl and after taking another attack from her Juvia falls into the swamp waters injured.

"Juvia!" Damian shifts his attention to Juvia for just a moment which gives Wren an opportunity to attack.

"Don't you dare look away from me!" Damian quickly looks back at Wren, who had already closed the gap between them with his fist raring to go at Damian.

"Earth God's Fist!" His hand becomes covered with solid earth and rock as he punches Damian in the gut causing him to cough up spit and fly pass the group of trees behind him.

"Damian!" Erza calles out before glaring at Wren.

"Finish those two off Redy, this won't take too long..." Wren says as he runs off after Damian.

"Stop right there!", Erza attempts to go after Wren and Damian but is stopped by another one of the girl's blades.

Meanwhile, Damian lies on the ground in pain as he slowly begins to drifts off into unconsciousness.

-Year X778-

Damian watches as all the adults of his guild, Black Rose, gather in front of Master Vernon who had an announcement to make.

"Settle down everyone...all my fellow members of Black Rose, we are coming to very momentous time in our guild's history.
As you all know, Black Rose has become one of the three most powerful guilds in the Barium Alliance!"

All adults cheer loudly, excluding a few, along with Wren and Aludra being two of the three only children in the guild.

Master Vernon raises his hand up signifying he wanted slience.

"Despite our newly acquired status we mustn't dwindle and aim to surpass that of even the strongest guilds!"

The members cheer in celebration.

Damian just looked at the scene confused.
He didn't know what so special about this Barium Alliance. Would being one of them help the guild?

"Hey kiddo, why aren't you excited? I thought you be the first one off your seat", A young man with snow white hair and golden yellow eyes says as he walks up  to Damian.

"Hey Luca, What is the Barem Aleence?" Damian says completely screwing up the entire name.

"Well the "Barium Alliance" is a group of guilds like ours that are all really strong.
As for why everyone is celebrating, our guild has been deemed one of the strongest." Luca says with a proud smile on his face.
