With yet another blow of the train whistle, a corresponding groin escapes the mouth of a young boy.
"Man I feel like I...ugh...I'm gonna puke..."
he moans with a sign of queasiness escaping ever so frequently.
No one is seating with him so he lays down on the seat next to him and wallows while looking up at the skies and pure white clouds floating pass outside the window.
But despite the beautiful scenery his motion sickness just seemed to get the better of him.
"This sucks..." he moans as he slowly sits back up.
He really wanted the ride to be over and more so regretted not going on foot instead of by train.
At the time it seemed like a good idea. He thought maybe he could handle it if it was just an hour or so away.
But, unfortunately that wasn't the case since he was down for the count in the first 15 minutes.
Time was going by pretty slowly for him at the time, but he guessed he was on the train for at least 45 minutes, give or take.
He looked over at the row of seats next to his and noticed a beautiful young woman with a basket of various types of breads and herbs most likely for cooking purposes.
"Excuse me ma'am...how long until we get to Magnolia?" He asks trying his best not to blow chunks all over her flower patterned dress.
"Oh, I'd say about an hour 15 now," the woman says before she sees the kid faceplant into the seat he's sitting in.
"Are you okay?" She asks when notices his face turn a little green.
"Noooooooo..." He moans earning himself a little giggle from the woman.
"Don't worry, I used to get a little motion sick myself when I was your age-" the woman stood up from her seat and sat in the seat next to him with her basket in hand.
"And It always helped to have someone there to comfort me, so maybe it could work for you too.
You don't have to if you're not comfortable, I understand it's strange coming from a stranger,"
The woman patted at her lap, signifying that he could lay his head down there.
He barely knew that woman yet she was so kind to him, some kid she'd never even met before...
He has gotten this much kindness from anyone in a long time...
Before he knew it he began laying his head down and was beginning to struggle to stay awake.
"Don't worry," the woman said, "I'll wake you up when it's time to get off, promise".
With that, he drifted off to sleep
-1 hour later-
"Hey wake up, It's time to get off now" the woman says making the kid jerk up in alarm.
"Good to see you had a good rest so why don't you get going, that is unless you like the train that much," she says jokingly making the child nervous.
"NO, It's alright I don't need to ride again!" He hopped out his seat quickly and immediately ran out the door.
"Wait hold on!" The woman exclaims running outside the train after him.
However, by the time she got out he was already running off towards town.
"Thanks a lot for the help Miss!" He yells waving at her with a smile.
The woman smiles as well and waves back at him as he leaves her view.
"Alright, I finally made it!" he yells at the top of his lungs in celebration of his freedom from his worse enemy.
"Grrrrrr...uhhh...maybe I should eat something" He says heading into town.
He'd never been in a place quite like Magnolia.
It very lively and the energy you get from it makes it feel like there is never a boring day.
As he's walking he sees a large building in the middle of Magnolia with what looks to be a guild symbol.
"That symbol looks familiar..." He says looking up at it.
"AH!"
Suddenly a person makes a very hard collision with him knocking him down to the ground.
