Deadly Deeds
It's sometimes impossible to hear the screeching sound of death, usually it just pops up, do it and won't talk about it.Yet sometimes death is planned and expected , some fear death but some can't wait to feel it.
Kijah tossed and turned in the small uncomfortable hospital bed, her weary dark eyes shot open bringing her to the creepy darkness of the hospital room.
She was often left with her own miserable thoughts, knowing she was in here to die was something she couldn't easily get a firm grip on. Kijah figured if she was going to die, why not have some fun but it doesn't work like that.
Kijah needed tons of support because her weak body was slowly but surely giving out and at any moment she could be on her last dieing breath. Thanks to the hospital and their wonderful staff she's serving a few more days than expected.
Her throat became achy and sore as it usually did, she reached her weak arm out to the side trying to get a hold of the cup of water. She finally got it but sadly noticed it was empty.
"Nurseeee" Her voice cracked, it was brittle and made a persons skin crawl. It use to be so beautiful and tender but it sounded as if she smoked ten packs a day. "Nurseee please." She coughed loudly multiple times irritating her throat that felt like sand bags rubbing together.
She pressed the button to alert the nurses multiple times but no one came to her aid. It was useless and very clear that she was left on her own.
Slowly her spit roughly giving her an even drier taste made her want to throw up. Kijah hung her head over the side of the rail admiring the clean tile floor, it was best for her to go back to sleep because that's the only way her misery would end.
Shadows blocked the small light that was coming through Kijah's room through the bottom of the door. "Nurse?" She cried out in hope.
The heavy door was peeled open, slow footsteps marched towards her. "Nurse I need some water please." She asked finally picking her head but at this moment she wished she would've left it back down.
Kijah was too weak to even acknowledge the ungodly presence. The door opened and closed again, another evil spirit took hold of her poor eyesight.
"Thought I'd never see you two again..." Kijah laughed a shallow laugh, wasn't meant to be funny but the position she was in she needed a good laugh. "Rodger and Morgan...how's hell?"
"You ruined my life bitch!" Morgan took an eager feisty lead but Rodger held him back giving him a look. "Baby calm down, remember it was all apart of the plan." Rodger did an evil smile eyeing his precious love...Kijah. Truth is he will forever love her but it was sad that it had to end this way.
"Plan?" Kijah did a nasty cough letting a spit land on Rodgers forearm. "Oh yes, baby I--" Morgan hit Rodger in the stomach hearing the word baby come out of his mouth, he was jealous of Kijah and always will be.
"I knew all about your other engagements, affairs, basically everything you didn't want me to know. I even know that your little hubby is adopting our son or is it really his?"
"Carter is your son Rodger..." Kijah felt the medicine she took earlier overrun her body, making her drowsy. She blinked slowly seeing their figures turn to useless shadows. "Do what you must...i can't fight anymore."
"I just want you to know, Amiré is next bitch!" Morgan blurted out again and Rodger gave him a stern look while holding on to his chin. "Shutup the fuck up" Rodger forcefully pushed him back on to the table unknowingly knocking off Morgans I.D badge...
