Well while watching multiple Steve Wilkos shows I have discovered my hate or deadbeat parents- not that I didn't already hate them. But seriously, one of the shared and over-used excuses "I don't have a car" is becoming one of my least favourite phrases.

Some guy on the show yesterday didn't have a car, or a phone and there wasn't a pay phone around apparently but he didn't have a car and get this? He lived a twenty minute walk away from his two little infants and his ex. He couldn't walk and needed a car to get there. Apparently he got jumped and stuff when he stepped outside so he couldn't go out...I don't really believe that.

Another favourite of dead beat or long lost parents is "I couldn't find your address or your number." I mean seriously? If they wanted to see their child/children that much then they would find out where they live or any other means of communication. Whether it be email or letters, anything. But they don't.

Abusive partners. What sick people. And they do love their partners but 'they don't behave' or 'I'm jealous' or 'I didn't really mean it.' they seriously just need to calm down and figure why they do it and get help. Or something, anything.  And the victim still loves their abusive partner and in some way I get that I do, because there had to be something good to fall for in the first place but if you love them then you need to get help. And I also understand that feeling of fear of telling someone only for it get worse because you told someone. But you need to be brave, persevere and never give up on them or yourself.

And when watching an Abusive Partner episode of the Steve Wilkos show you can see the abuser getting Angier and angrier as they get tripped up in their words and they get told off. Another thing I bet ticks them off is that their partners, the victim, is sat there getting help because the victim tattled on them for hitting the victim!!!!

Ugh, why do there have to be shows on this? Then I wouldn't get annoyed as much, well maybe I would...but that's not the point.
