Levi's POV

Everyone filed out of the wedding spot, and the police showed up. Taking the body away, Eren wanted to leave.

"Come, why don't we go to your room?" I whispered to him. He gave me a small nod and gripped my arm.

I draped my coat around Eren and walked out of the flowered filled place.

Eren was silent and never let go of my arm. I pitied him as tears streamed down his face.

A satisfying click opened the locked door and we entered the room.

Eren instantly went to the bed and flopped down onto it. Letting out his cries when whimpers into the pillow.

"I'm going to go change, I'll be back." I said. I grabbed the card and walked out.

I put on some sweat pants and top, then went to Eren. Laying down beside him, I held him close.

He cried on my chest and wet my shirt with his tears. "Shh, Eren, hush now." I said. Rubbing his head, he sniffled.

"Why does life have to be so hard?!" He whaled. Slamming his head against my chest, he cried even harder.

Oh boy, I'm not very good with crying people. Especially Eren, this wasn't an easy thing to talk about.

"Look, Eren, I'm really sorry about how this whole thing turned out. I wish I didn't have this job." I sighed.

Eren sat up quickly and he perked up. "So you are saying you wish you hadn't met me? Is that it!" He yelled.

I stared at him in shock. "Where the hell did you get tha–"

"You know what? Forget it Levi, just get out!" Eren got out of the bed and ran to the balcony.

He slammed the door shut and put his head in his hands. Crying again, I sighed.

After something like this, I would be a mess as well. His father just died in front of him. One that he hasn't seen for years.

I got up and slowly opened the glass door. Eren stopped crying and looked back at me.

"What do you want? Here to leave me like everyone else?" He asked. It broke my non existing heart to hear this.

"No," I said. I closed the door and wrapped my arms around his torso. Putting my face in his neck, I kissed it softly.

"I know what you are going through, Eren. My father died when I was 8." I whispered. "I know the pain."

"H–How did he die?" Eren turned around in my arms and looked at me.

"He killed himself." Eren's eyes widened as I said that. He wrapped his arms around me and I closed my eyes.

"Oh Levi, I'm being so selfish. I'm so sorry for being so rude to you." He held me tightly and made sure I felt it.

"It's alright, Eren, but all I know is that you are the only one I see." I kissed his cheek gently.

"Levi..."

"Out of millions of people in this world, I got the angel." I nuzzled my nose against his and heard him laugh.

"And I know that I got an angry midget that kills people for a living." I growled at his comment and picked him up.

"Don't play with me brat." I hissed.

"Oh? You've already murdered me in bed. You killed my ass idiot." He bonked me on the head.

"You weirdo." I took him inside the hotel and laid with him on the bed.

We laid in silence for a while, as I stroked Eren's hair. I helped him calm down, and stop crying.

"At least, my father will always be watching me from above. He will always stay in my heart." Eren whimpered.

I dried his tears, and gently kissed his head. "And I will make sure his son will be loved forever."

Eren smiled and let out a teary smile. "I love you, Levi." He said.

"I love you too, Eren." I kissed his sweet lips once more and we fell asleep after a long while.

No one's POV

4 years past and the couple have gotten married. They adopted twins, and are known throughout the world.

Though the couple doesn't care much for fame, they never broke their promise.

Raising the perfect family and kids. Levi retired from his job and was always there for his son and daughter.

Eren kept the shop going and always came home with new flowers for the new house they bought.

They lived on a private street and had a three story house. Perfect for the family of 4, plus their pets.

As Eren and Levi grew old, their kids looked after them with care. Protecting them from the cold winters, and hot summers.

As the couples saw their kids getting married and having grandchildren, they never forgot their own wedding day.

Levi and Eren never forgot their promises to each other. They stayed true, and finally found what they were looking for.

Love, a home, and their family.
