"Hey, Tamada, Kira!" I heard a voice whisper.
We both looked up to see a familiar blonde. Armin. He smiled at us, a lantern in his hand.
"Hey Armin, what's up?" I smiled back.
"Well, what you said when we first met kind of got me curious, can you show me what you can do?" Armin arched a blonde eyebrow.
"Sure!" I answered, standing up.

Armin equipped himself with vertical maneuver gear and brought along two other sets. We reached the wall quickly and Armin arched an eyebrow.
"Please tell me you're not going to body-slam through the wall." He joked.
"No." I laughed.
I found a nook with my right and a cranny with my left. Pulling myself up, I found a ledge with my legs. Then I began to climb up. Tamada climbed up beside me. I was near the top when I realized there wasn't too many large juts to latch onto. The top of the wall wasn't too far away, about 50 cm. I reached and the edges of my fingertips brushed the side. I brought my right leg up to where my right arm was and my weight shifted back, I slipped but instead of falling, I pushed off with my foot, going up and I grabbed the edge of the wall, luckily. Tamada helped me up, grabbing my forearm and tugging me up to him.
"You almost fell." He stated the obvious.
"Yeah, but I didn't!" I smiled back.
Armin landed beside us. His eyes were wide and excited, he was grinning proudly as if we were his kids that had just done something great.
"That was amazing!" He exclaimed.
Tamada and I smiled in response and looked out at the night sky. The white stars glittering like sequins sewed separately into a dark navy blanket. This world would be a whole lot more beautiful if it weren't for the giant, naked, genderless monsters that eat people.
"Y'know, sometimes, I think we're crazy." Armin noted beside me.
"Why's that?" Tamada asked.
"Well, ever since I was able to make memories, I remember watching flying people go over my head. Thinking, what would it be like to actually physically fly? Without mobility gear? Then I would tell myself, that's crazy... you're crazy... and I also used to tell myself I was weak, and useless... but now that my eyes have been opened, I feel like I was crazy to think that." Armin explained.
"So basically, you're saying just you're crazy." I pointed out.
"A-also, we swing around on contraptions fighting against giant, retarded, naked monsters!" Armin threw his arms out.
"I hope you don't think that when I'm a titan." A familiar voice chuckled from behind Armin.
A tall, brunette stood there, grinning. A bandage around his forehead. Eren. He grinned at me. I had to admit, he was handsome. Green eyes, lightly tanned skin and chocolate brown hair? Beautiful. But, the guy standing to the left of me, was already taking up all the space in my heart.
"Eren! Why are you out here? You should be resting!" Armin exclaimed.
"I could say the same." Eren rolled his eyes.
"Just saying, Eren, you are really cool." Tamada noted beside me.
"Aw, thanks!" Eren blushed, smiling wider and rubbing the back of his neck.
"Please don't encourage him." Armin sighed.
"I've got fans!" Eren threw his arms in the air excitedly.
"Well, you were the first person to find having the titan-shifting ability." Armin glared.
"Please don't give me the Mikasa glare, or the Levi glare, I've gotten those all day." Eren frowned at the blonde.
"Well you deserve both of those right now, what if they realize you're not there?" Armin demanded.
"We already have." A low voice replied flatly.
I turned to see the short Levi folding his arms across his chest and glaring at Eren. He walked over to Eren and grabbed his ear, pulling him away from us.
"Anyways, you guys are awesome, but we should get back now." Armin noted.
"Thanks Armin." I smiled and took the mobility gear.
"Well, let's go." Tamada smiled.
