It's been two months, and things are going to go downhill if he doesn't act fast.
Waking up at exactly 3:15 AM, Sans slowly got up from the bed, his bulging stomach making it harder to do so. He was still thinking about the possibility of twins, and thought about how Alphys told him that one child may hide in the early months. He needed to talk to someone. He knew exactly who. He changed into his oversized hoodie, put on a pair of sweatpants, and texted someone.
Sans Classic

Sans turned off his phone and rubbed his eye sockets. His middle felt heavy, the young soul still asleep In the cold night.
He slowly made his way down the stairs, careful not to make a sound. He stepped to the blue carpet, barely able to see through the thick cloud of darkness. He made his way to the door, the feeling of tiredness dropped on him like a weeping willow. He opened the old wooden door and snowfall welcoming him into the dark starless night.
"Here we go.." he whispered, and snapped his fingers. He vanished into thin air and into another place.
-----------------------------------
Sans fell on the ground, nearly throwing up. His face was blue, and vertigo shook his body down to his core.
"SANS!" Three people shouted in unison as they made their way to him as fast as they could.
"Sans, What happened?! Are you alright? Are you ill?!" Sans looked up to see a smaller skeleton in a lab coat and glasses. He looked around to see the UnderSwap brothers. 'Oh boy' he thought.
"Remember.... when I said I needed to talk with you?" Sans felt nausea roaring back, as the three helped him to his feet. He stumbled, and nearly fell.
"Yes... what's got you so nervous? Do you need to sit down?" The small panicked skeleton helped Classic to a chair, as the UnderSwap brothers followed along. They pulled up some chairs, and sat in front of Classic, worried looks on their faces.
"Well.... one day.. I woke up in Snowdin forest... and something.. happened. A..alphys doesn't really know much about it or how to deal with it... so I decided I'd come to someone who might have experience..." Sans' shaking hands slowly went to his zipper, and pulled it down. The group waited, anxious to see the news that would be broken. He lifted up his shirt, to reveal a silver soul, resting peacefully in his middle.
"YOUR PREGNANT?!" The three were wide eyed, shocked about the situation.
"So that explains what happened to UnderSwap Papyrus..." US Papyrus looked at Science. His eyes still wide with shock, a concerned look on both of their faces.
"What do you mean?" Sans was confused. He looked at UnderSwap Sans, and the little blueberry gazed back.
"Sans... Papyrus.. MY Papyrus.. is dealing with the same thing. He told me." Blue had a concerned look, and put his hand on his head.
'Oh jeez...' Sans thought. Guilt crossed him. He thought this was his fault. But this was not supposed to happen. Nobody knew how this happened or what caused it.
"Sans, this isn't supposed to happen. We've studied timelines and alternate universes. This had never happened before... this couldn't be ever possible. Your actions don't apply to us, do they?" Papyrus looked at Classic, a worried confused look on his face.
The scientist spoke. "No Papyrus.. this has never happened.. unless.."
"Someone alternate-universe jumped.."
