"Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!" Tanya heard through the recesses of her sleep filled mind. She groggily rose but was halted half of the way because an arm and she suddenly remembered who was in the bed with her, limbs tangled with hers deliciously, pelvis pressed against hers intimately.
Groaning, she attempted to free herself from his clutches. "Maxwell! Dammit, let go of me you brute."
"No," he replied gruffly before pinning her body underneath his as he lay on top of her, her back against his chest with his nose in her hair.
"Your daughter is awake and she's calling for me," she reasoned as she attempted to get from under his much larger body but still failed.
Panic filled Maxwell instantly causing him to trip as he nearly fell out of the bed with how fast he jumped up. "Where is she? Is she alright? I thought you said you heard her calling you?" He was shooting questions left and right without a single breath in between. Tanya simply pointed to the baby monitor on the nightstand that he hadn't noticed before, her eyes glittering in amusement. His cheeks began to heat along with his ears, something she use to tease him about all the time. "Oh uh, well can I go get her then?"
"Go ahead, she's already awake. Let her know she can stay out as long as she behaves." At Maxwell's confused stare, she elaborated. "If you don't tell her that, you've got a little daredevil on your hands that -while naked on most occasions- runs wild and turns the house into her personal playground. Ever since she broke my two hundred dollar vase I got as a Christmas gift, she doesn't leave her room in the mornings without me giving the okay."
Maxwell had laughed throughout her entire story and sobered up after a few minutes. "She had sugar on half those occasions didn't she? I use to do that exact thing to my ma at her age and she despised the day I learned to walk."
"It's your fault my baby has that malfunction then huh?!" Tanya accused though she smiled in amusement the entire time.
He just shrugged, "Maybe a little." Walking into his baby's room he found her standing in her heightened toddler bed, swinging off the vine looking bars, smiling like it was just so normal. "Hi love bug, you hungry?"
"Daddy!" She yelled excitedly before she began to dance and bounce around wildly with her arms outstretched towards him.
He instantly went to her and pulled her into his arms, swinging her around and tossing her in the air. Hearing her giggles and squeals of delight warmed his heart like no other. He continued holding her as he walked down the stairs towards the kitchen where the good smelling food was coming from.
He stood frozen at the sight of the mother of his child in her slightly skimpy nightie. Every time she stretched above her to get spices out of the cabinet, more of her velvety skin came into view. He loved to watch her work her way around the kitchen, it always put him in a trance he still couldn't get tired of watching her, he didn't think it's ever go away. Like at the moment, he hadn't even noticed when she placed a piece of sausage in his daughter's hand, bit his bottom lip before kissing it, and continuing with breakfast as if it never happened.
"More momma, more!" Melanie screamed cheerfully. Tanya was still smiling as she made Melanie's plate filled with bacon, eggs, sausage, and Belgium waffles from the maker Maxwell had bought her randomly once when he wanted her to make him breakfast in bed. It was a memorable moment she knew neither of them would forget, he was more focused on eating her than eating the food she'd made him after he came and got pancake batter all over the floor. In the end, he had to buy her new sheets and duvet for her bed because hers were ruined.
"Eat up Munchkin," Tanya said softly as she continued to cook, pretending to be unaware of the lustful looks she was receiving from Maxwell.
"Mmm!" Tiffany moaned as she entered the kitchen. "Something smells greasy and fattening, just my type of food!"
