I would like to dedicate this chapter to my bff, Mackenzie. Love you:)

Sam's P.O.V.

I finally get to go on my date with Hazel. I'm so excited to surprise her with the date.

I decided on going to the park with a picnic, and afterwards we'll go to the movies. After that, we'll go to her house and just talk for a while until the night is over.

I don't want it to end. I would do anything to spend every second of my life with her. I know that she is the one for me, she cares about my feelings, and not just the fact that I'm good looking.

That was self ceded bro.

Oh... Whoops..

I hope this date goes as planned.

-------

Hazel's P.O.V.

"Knock knock, who's there? Oh yes, it's my date. See ya!!" I screamed when Sam knocked on the door. Trevor laughed at me and continued with going on his computer.

I opened the door, and there stood Sam, smiling, his cheeks more red than usual.

"Hi." I shyly said.

"Hey beautiful." He answered. "Are you ready for the Pottorff mystery date?"

I blushed. "Hell ya! Let's go!!"

I took his hand and walked out the door, hurrying to his car so we could go on this mystery date.

When driving there, he told me that I might see a friend of his and she might become obsessed with me. I didn't think much of it.

When we finally got there, I looked around. We were at a very pretty park, and sitting next to an oak tree was a picnic set up.

"Is this for me?" I asked when we walked up to the tree.

"Damn right it is!" He answered.

This is the best night ever.

--------

When we sat down, I talked to him and had a really good time.

That is, until someone tapped on my shoulder.

I turned around. There stood a beautiful girl a little older than me. She had long, brown hair and beautiful brown eyes with freckles around them. She seemed kind of excited, and I didn't know why. She was a complete stranger, why was she so excited?

"Hi!! I'm Mackenzie!!!!" She told me.

"Mackenzie, please go away. I'm trying to have a nice, peaceful date." Sam implied.

"Oh come on Sam!! Why are you being such a poopy butt?!" She replied in a stern but sassy voice. She was totally the girl version of Ricky.

"Hazel, this is the 'friend' I was talking about. She's also Connor's girlfriend."

Wait, she's Connor's...girlfriend...??

I don't understand, Connor kissed me and said he loved me.. But he has a girlfriend? How could he do that to her?

I glance over at Sam with a concerned look in my eyes. He mouths the words, "Just don't tell her."

But she deserves to know.

"Well Mackenzie, it was nice meeting you but-" I was cut off by her grabbing my arm and pulling me away from Sam.

"See ya Sam! We're having a girls night!" She hissed at him.

Well shit.

-------

"I can't believe that Sam finally got a girlfriend!! That's crazy!" Mackenzie blurted out.

I smiled and twiddled my thumbs.

"Let's play a game!! Truth or dare?" She asked me, very excited.

"Sure."

"Ok, truth or dare?"

The game went on for a while, and I actually started to like her. She's really fun to be around.

Should I tell her about Connor? She deserves to know. She doesn't deserve a cheating asshole.

"I gotta tell you something Kenzie."

"Ok, what is it?"

I told her the whole story about being in the hospital and Connor. She sat there, tears streaming down her face.

"It's okay. He doesn't deserve a beautiful girl like you." I said to comfort her.

"Thank you for telling me."

She stormed downstairs and I followed her. She went over to Connor.

"Hey babe what's u-" he said, only to be inturrupted by a hand smacking him hard across the face. He yelled in pain.

"Why'd you do that!!??" He managed to say.

"Because you're a cheating, lying, horrible bastard. We're through Connor. Goodbye."

She ran over to me and hugged me. I hugged her back.

Now you know why I dedicated this chapter to Mackenzie. She's going to be a big part in this story. I hope you guys liked this chapter:)
