Hazel's P.O.V.

Mackenzie ended up staying the night at my house because she didn't want to walk downstairs and see Connor.

Poor girl, she really loved him, didn't she?

Connor seemed like such a nice guy, but then he did that to her. He completely shut her out and fell for me.

I'm flattered and all, but that's just a dick move.

We talked and talked about everything, and by the end of the night we basically knew everything about eachother.

Her dog's name is Rory, she loves all things nerdy, and she also has other friends that are coming over in a few days.

I was ecstatic when I heard that she'd be going to the same school I would be going to when summer is over.

I don't even want to think how horrible that place will be.

We ended up going to bed at around 3am, so when breakfast was ready at 9:00, we were exhausted.

But it's food, and it's yummy food, so it was worth it.

Connor and the boys ended up staying the night at our house, so since Mackenzie was half asleep, she didn't notice until she ate some of her pancakes.

She then proceeded to spit her mouthful of pancakes at his face.

That was a good one.

He stood in shock, and screamed, "YOU BITCH!! GROSS!!" To Mackenzie.

"Funny you say that, because you definitely deserved it." Mackenzie replied.

I looked back to see Sam, smiling this adorable smile.

"You too Sam!!?? Looks like all of you are ignorant this morning!"

"No, I think you're the 'ignorant' one today." He spit back at him.

Connor marched out the door, slamming it shut after him.

We all looked at eachother and laughed.

Connor's P.O.V.

I feel like shit.

I just got made fun of by my whole group of friends, including my ex and the girl I love.

She's never going to like you!! Why would she after you broke her friend's heart?

Damnit!! Why did I have to kiss her in the hospital, and why did I have to still be dating Mackenzie when I did it??

Come on Connor, pull yourself together. I'm sure there's some way that she could forgive you.

But the problem is, I don't know how I going to make her forgive me.

She'll never love me like I love her.

"Shit!!! I'm such a dick!!"

I ended up bursting out in tears. I was sitting in my car, head banging on the steering wheel, not knowing what I was going to do.

I'll never have a chance with Hazel ever again.
