Frostbite's POV
I'd watched Atlas take down Shade's Marshadow. Impressive, I thought. I decided once Atlas made it to the League, I'd fight him.
But for now, I had my own battle. "Articuno, use blizzard!" I shout. My partner created a storm of ice which damaged the opposing Zapdos.
"You've grown slightly stronger, Frostbite," Thunder, my rival, said. "But I still outrank you."
I grinned at him playfully. "I'm just getting started, thundershock," I tease. "Sure you are, powder snow," Thunder replied.
We called each other weak moves that were the type of team we had. Thunder used electric-types and utilized them to their best.
I always focussed on speed and agility in combat, along with good defence. "Articuno, use ice beam!" I shout.
"Zapdos, dodge it and use thunder," Thunder called. Quite ironic, oui?
Zapdos avoided the attack and fired a heavy bolt of electricity at Articuno, but it missed. "Blizzard!" I shout. "Thunderbolt!" he called.
The fight was just constant moves back in forth on top of a mountain. Why, you may ask? Because it's cooler that way.
"Oh, look, it's frost breath and thunder wave," said a voice. I turn and see a horrific sight.
"Happy to see me?" it said. "Get out of here, confuse ray," Thunder mocks.
"Oh, I'd consider myself a shadow ball or a phantom force," Shade grinned evilly.
"Y-You died...," I mutter. "Yes, four of my Pokémon did, but two remain," Shade glares.
"I'd like to see you fools defeat my remaining two." Thunder grins and nods to me.
"Articuno, take him down," I order. "Zapdos, support Frostbite as much as you can," Thunder demands.
"Lunala, mop the floor with these fools," Shade grins menacingly.
He tossed out a dusk ball containing the legendary Pokémon, Lunala.
"What is this, Alola?" Thunder asks. Shade grins, calling his first move. "Night daze!" Shade shouted.
It hit both of our Pokémon and lowered their accuracy. "Thunderbolt!" Thunder called. "Ice beam!" I shout.
Our legendary birds were damaging Lunala, but it simply ignored our attacks. "Moongeist beam," Shade mutters.
It knocks out Thunder's Zapdos in an instant. "Charge beam."
Lunala was raising its special attack by using charge beam, so it could finish my Artcuno off.
"Blizzard!" I shout. Articuno fires the attack, but it doesn't do a thing. "Moongeist beam, now," Shade smiles.
Lunala had taken down both of our legendary Pokémon in a matter of seconds. "Pitiful, aren't you?" Shade mocked.
"Go, Raichu!" Thunder shouted. "I'll use him," I threaten. I had a Pokémon which wasn't bred, found in the wild or created.
Okay, maybe created. I had a Pokémon that was really a fusion, but I never used it for...reasons.
"I dare you," Shade grinned. "Don't do it, Frostbite," Thunder shouted. "Why?" I ask. "Remember last time?" He asked.
"Return Raichu to its Pokéball," I order. He does as told and brings his Raichu back into his Pokéball.
"Go, Kyurem!" I shout, pulling out my DNA splicers. I use it on Kyurem and suddenly he turns half-black.
