I woke up feeling happy. I look around the room and I was surprise to see a man and a woman sitting down looking at me smiling. My heart warm. Then I look at the man and scream. The lady rush over to me comforting me telling me its okay. I couldn't keep my eyes off the man. He look scared I began crying. Deep down I know I shouldn't trust that look. "Who is that man? Is he my new dad? I don't think I like him!" I said to my new mom. The man look broken but I just couldn't trust him. "He's your dad,and he will not hurt you and he loves you." 'And he loves you' just keep repeating in my head. I look at him and he got up and came to my bed. I tense up. "I won't ever hurt you, I promise."he said. "I dont trust you and I can't trust you so quick give me time, dad!" I said to him. He said,"okay." He bow his head and went to sit down. The doc gave me some paper to fill out and give me a number to call whenever I feel like they're about to abuse me. I left the hospital and went to my new home. The house was big and they have a daughter same age as me. I love my mom and my sis,but I just can't get to love my dad.
