Part 10 - Reinory

It has been around 2 weeks until i arrived at America. It fast. You know what? When i decided to stay overnight at a village called Wihnhilda, i saw a boy which is looks at the same age as me. He looked like my brother, but smaller, and his hair color and his face is different. And he is a witch. He hold a wand. It was sunset that time.

But, i saw him with another witch that look older than him, bullied him. If i see him, i feel that i have to help him. Master Catura said if i met a person that need help, i need to help them. Then, i help him. When i train with master, im able to control the element of my axe. Earth.

I wham the ground with my axe and a wall of rock apperars and block the bullies. I grabbed his hand and run to the countryside.

"Huff... Huff... Thank you... For... saving me..."
he said as he breathe heavily because that long run.

"Huff... Yeah, no problem" i kinda used to run that long. Well at training i should run from the bottom of the hill, until the hilltop.

"My name is Ailen Autumn. Just call me Ailen. And again thank you"

"Im Artemis. Nice meeting you"

We shaked our hands.

"Why are you coming to this town? Rarely another people especially humans come to this witch town" He asked.

"Well, it's a short cut" I replied

"Shortcut to where?"

"Well, i have to go to the West America at the Native Indian area. I have to meet someone there"

"Oh, but here to West America is so far away"

"Yeah, i know, tomorrow morning i have to continue my journey"

"Hmm... Ah, i already mastered the magic displacement. Maybe i can help you, as a favor"

"Really? You sure its okay? I have to bring my horse too, you know"

"Yup! I already been to Native America by this spell and i bring a bear with me. The bear is for a gift from here to the Native Indian folks"

"That's great!! We can meet tomorrow. And use the magic on me. And... You know a place for dinner? Im hungry"

"Yeah, as another favor, allow me to pay the dinner. My parents just gave me money for buying dinner"

We walked to a food store and eat together. We chatter, and introduce each other. And he's actually 12 years old. One year younger than me.

We say goodbye and i go to my inn and go to bed.

Wihnhilda  6.00 AM

"You ready?" Ailen asked me.

"I was born ready!!" i replied excitedly.

He read the spell, and it comes a portal and i walked in, i wave my hand and bow to him. He wave, and bow back. I entered and i feel that im flying inside it. Excalibur neigh panicky.

When i realized, i already in a meadow. I saw a small villange with tent. It must be the village.

Excalibur lay beside me. With a confused face. I ride Excalibur. Thank god he's okay. We walked to the lake, allow Excalibur to drink and chill out. I ride Excalibur and trot to the village. And i heard a lot of running steps approach us. When i saw...

A herd of a Mustangs are running.

Excitedly, Excalibur are joining. Running with a herd of Mustangs... Feels so free. When the Mustangs run near the village, i ordered Excalibur to go to the village. I get off from Excalibur's back and lead him walked to the village.

We greeted nicely there. I let Excalibur at the wood fence with the other native folks horses.

I walked to a the largest tent which is the chief tent. I walked in, we greet each other and i just to the point why i am coming here.

His name is Kiro. He allowed me to train with his horse expert. And together with his little sister, named Kora.

She's kinda cold. But yet, friendly. She is great at archery. More talented at archery than me.

A month passed. We become best friends.

A month... Kora is cold at first time. And i cant really get closed to her. And i cant really be the same old friendly and cheerful Artemis. And i have lost someone that always cheer me up. So we keep cold to each other. Until somehow she started to get friendly to me. First, im suspicious. Why she slowly nice to me. I have betrayed by a very best friend. And i think i can read someone's expression. She sincerely openned her heart for me. She's kinda like a big sister for me. And i started to feel comfortable around her.

And she call me Temi -.-

You will think she is a cold person at first time. But when she trusted you, she will become a warm person.

She always cold to strangers because of her mother and her father is killed by a stranger. And she dont want to trust people anymore. But she's lucky she still have her brother...

Untill now, i stil don't know what happened to Apollo and where he is.

We often take a ride together with our horse. Kora's horse is white and black ombre colour. His head untill chest and front feet is white, his back untill his hind legs. His mane and tail is black, and white at the end. He's Mustang stallion.

I have mastered horse taming skills. And it feels so great when the horse is already tamed. Kora teach me many skills that needed at archery. And i teach her fencing. Kora is one year older than me. She's 15. And now i am 14.

Kora has a magic guardian too. She has a white wolf, with black marking which is eagle shaped and blue eyes. He can fly too. His name is Veylno.

I know, time walks so fast. And past is behind us. And future is waiting infront of us...
