Part 3

As Artemis learned to take care of her horse, her love to horse is very big. Everyday, Artemis and Apollo taking care of their horse together.

When Excalibur, Artemis' horse is 3 years old, Artemis start riding him. And Artemis now is 8 years old. Apollo is 11 years old riding Caliburn who already become a 4 years old stallion.

As they ride horse together to the mountains, Artemis found a cave she felt that there is something in that cave. But it also a scary cave for a 8 years old girl. But her curiosity is bigger than her fear.

"Come here thy chosen one... "

Artemis hear someone is calling inside the cave. Her brother is hunting goose for dinner at the lake a little far from the cave. Artemis get off from her horse and walks to the mysterious cave.

"Come here thy chosen one... "

"Come thy chosen one... "

"Come... Here... "

She hear the whispering again and its getting louder.

As she walks deeper inside the cave, there are no bats, no cave animal. Its not a normal cave. But the young Artemis doesn't care about the unusual situation.

She walks into the deepest part of the cave. The cave was so deep that sun cannot come to the deepest part of that cave. And she saw torches at the wall of the cave. There are so many carving on the cave wall. And there are torches around A giant white winged lion laying on the giant rock that surrounded by torches and staring at her.

"Artemis... The chosen one..."

"Chosen one? Chosen for what? " Said Artemis. This is so unusual. A small child would be scared seeing such a big white lion. And it has wings. Speaking with such a deep-low voice that echoing in that cave.

"You are chosen to have one of the magic weapon in the world. And you will be the master of my son"

The lion said as he grabbed a small white winged lion cub.

"Oh!!! He's so cute!" Artemis run to the giant lion and take the cub into her hug.

"Now then... My job here is done... Please take care of my son... And he will be your partner of your journey"

"Wait!!! Big lion? I have so many questions!!! "

"He will live on your back as a tattoo so that he dont attract humans. Many humans are savage. As he live with you, he will protect you. And i will give you the magic weapon."
*the lion roars until the cave shook, and from the rock that fall from the cave he roars softly and the stone turned into a beautiful and magnificent axe.

"This is the Earth Axe. The Axe will be also a tattoo on your right shoulder. Because the magical weapon is always been a target of all selfish human. Your magical weapon can control the earth. When my son can unite with you, your weapon can be changeable. And you will become a warrior of a kingdom that has fallen and lost, but will be found and risen as the strongest kingdom of all. And you must find the other warrior as your company"

"What is the fallen kingdom that has lost, but will be found and risen again? " she asked innocently

"One day you will know..... Find your company... And you will know... Remember who you are..."

The lion started fading and a bright light shines as the lion is gone and she already outside the cave. She realized that the cave is gone.

The felt a painful burning feel on her back and her right shoulder. When she see her shoulder there is a Axe tattoo like she saw from the lion. And her back, she saw a lion cub with wings.

With no doubt she ride Excalibur who is grazing on the meadow while Artemis is in the cave. And run to the lake where her brother is already have 2 dead goose with arrow on its heart.

"Apollo! Look at my back!!" she shows him her back
"What? Since when mom and dad let you get a tattoo?"
"No! Big bro! A giant lion give me a lion cub that live on my back! And rhe lion said that the cub will be my protector!"
"Oh, Artemis you really good at creating imagination. Now lets go home and tell mom and dad what you have done."
"But... "
Apollo already run with his horse Caliburn. Artemis sighs and follow her brother running down the mountain.

A winged lion... That protects me...

*Yo! Whoooohoo :3 Artemis got her protector and her weapon!
