I think I have found the perfect house for Erin and I. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms, a big back yard with a pool, and a basement. I've been trying to work out some details and negotiate a price with the sellers. I really hope I can get this house and surprise Erin with it! I love our little place now but with the twins coming and I definitely want to have more kids, so we will need more space. Thankfully the house is only a couple miles from the district and it is in a great neighborhood with a great school district. It is so crazy to think about how in just a few months my little girls will be here. I cannot believe that I got to marry this amazing women and now we are about to have the best children ever.
I have been hinting to Erin that I have a big surprise in store and that we can take a break from the room renovations for the girls. I've decided that I want to drive Erin over to the house and show her everything and that it can all be ours. All she has to do is say yes, the sellers and I have worked out a price and all that is left is to sign the papers. When I got home I found Erin sitting on the couch watching some show on tv. I told her that I had a surprise for her and that we needed to leave right now. At first she was a little hesitant but then she agreed. I'm really hoping she will like the house that I picked out.

Jay came home after running some errands and he told me that he had a surprise for. I was a little hesitant at first just because I am so pregnant and the last thing I want to do is hurt my babies. We get into the car and start driving in the direction towards the district. At first I'm thinking maybe it's something at the district but as we continue to drive past it, I have no clue where we are going. I watch as Jay starts turning into a really nice neighborhood and I begin to think that maybe he has a house that we could move into after the babies are born. He pulls into a driveway of a beautiful house and there is another women sitting in her car in the driveway. Jay and I get out and the women comes up and introduces herself to me and says that she is the realtor who has been working with Jay to find a house. We begin to walk inside and tour the house. It's a beautiful house with lots of space for us, the babies and hopefully more kids to come. I am so happy that Jay found this house and that it could potentially be ours if the deals go right. Once we finish the walk through we head to the kitchen. The women informs me that Jay has already worked everything out and that the house will be ours. All I have to do is say yes and sign the papers. I pause for a second and think to myself how could I not say yes! I have this amazing husband who found an amazing house for us to live in and raise our family. I quickly shout yes I want this house!! I cannot believe that this beautiful house is all ours! Jay and I finish working out the paperwork details with the realtor. She gives us our keys and tells us that we can move in just a couple days! I know that moving is going to be stressful and hard for me since I'm so pregnant but I know everyone down at the district would be as happy to help us move and set up the girls room. Thankfully we didn't get that far on the room in our place now. I can't wait to tell everyone from the district!!
As we are driving back to our place, I text Kim and tell her what just happened. She is so happy for us and says that her and Adam will definitely be there to help with everything and anything. Jay and I decided to run by the hardware store on our way home to get just a few moving supplies. Since we are moving just a few minutes down the road we don't need much. Thankfully everyone on the unit drives big cars and trucks so we can fill up cars instead of putting everything in boxes. I cannot wait for move in day!
