"Lost and found"

Sasuke was desperate. A journey of 3 days became one of weeks. And the worst par of it is that he was having his gut feeling that something wasn't right.

"Admit it Boruto, we're lost." Mitsuki said.

"NO! We're not lost! I'm sure we're getting closer!" he said.

"Boruto it's been weeks since we went this path. I know you're desperate but calm down and-" Mitsuki got cut off.

"How the hell do you want me to calm down when Sarada's missing?!?!?" He said.

"You should've been more careful." said Sasuke. Naruto and Sakura looked at him.

"We wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for your inmature behaviors during missions." he added.

"Sasuke-kun, it really doesn't.." said Sakura.

"Don't try Sakura. He was supposed to know the way to the cave and oh yeah!! The journey was supposed to take 3 days!!! How many weeks we've been in this forest?!?!?! WEEKS!!!!" He said irritated. Naruto and Sakura have never seen Sasuke so irritated so they didn't know what to do.

"Teme! Just calm down okay?!" Naruto tried to say.

"SHUT UP DOBE!! IT'S YOUR FAUKT THAT SARADA'S OUT THERE WHO KNOWS WITH WHO!! She could be killed at any moment or WORSE!!!" Sakura gasped at what he said or better said, at who she saw.

"Sasuke.."

"Not now Sakura!! We're losing time here because this stupid small clone of yours Naruto!!"

"Teme stop talking and listen to Sakura!!" said Naruto who also saw the same figure who was standing behind Sasuke.

"Why should I stop talkig now?!?! I've been hearing you blabling for weeks!!!!" he said annoyed.

"UCHIHA SASUKE!!" Sakura yelled.

"WHAT!!!" he said.

"Turn around"

"Eh?" he turned as she said and he froze. Now he understood why. It was his brother's spirit, Itachi.

"N-nii-san..." he mumbled.

"Sasuke" he replied. "I came to help you."

"Who's him?" Mitsuki said innocently.

"Sarada's dead uncle" Naruto answered.

"So, he's a g-ghost?" Boruto said in fear.

"He came to help us.." Sakura said.

"Why?" Sasuke asked suspicious. "What do you know?"

"I'll take you where Sarada is. I'll take a while since you're lost." he said while turning around to move.

"Itachi-san.." Sakura said while standing beside Sasuke. "How is she?"

He stood still for a moment. "Let's move" he said.

"Itachi!" Sasuke said. "How is she?" He repeated his wife's question. He knew he was hiding something from them.

"She's alive" he said. "But not for long if  we don't move"

Both parents stood silent processing his words. They looked at eachother, knowing somehing bad did or was about to happen.

After a while, the group was getting closer to the cave. Sasuke was the first to began sensing her chakra, then Naruto.

Naruto gave him a questioning look. He knew that they were close but there were a dark aura mixed with it.

Suddenly, Itachi's spirit stopped and looked at the group. "I'll leave you here."

"That's it?" Asked Boruto.
