Fantastic Beasts Preferences : How They Flirt With You

I figured I'd add onto the "How They Flirt With You" Harry Potter series by doing some Fantastic Beasts ones ^_^. I'll be doing other preferences besides Harry Potter ones and this topic, I just wanted to satisfy my OCD by finishing the Holy Trinity. Also I couldn't come up with anything for Jacob and UGH it's killing my OCD.

Also some of these aren't really flirtations because I couldn't imagine some of these characters flirting so some of these are more of how they pick you up 😂

Newt Scamander: He was a rather meek being, not loud at all, nor was he naturally promiscuous or flirtatious like most of his peers were. That's what lead you to be so fond of him. You were rather displeased by the noisy, libidinous mannerisms of the others when they'd approach you in hopes of peaking your amorous interests, but when Newt would kindly converse with you, you felt something more than a friendship developing, as did the Hufflepuff that was constantly on your mind during your 5th year. On your last day of school before you all went back home to your families, he approached you whilst you were in the library returning some books you had used to study for your finals. You couldn't help but smile when he came up next to you. Your heart began beating at a excruciatingly quick pace, you could've sworn that everyone within the area could hear it. He gave you one of his signature shy smiles, and his eyes looked at you with more adoration than you think you've ever seen in someone.

"H-hello, (y/n)." He timidly greeted, his eyes flickering between you and the ground. You smiled back at him, happy you got to see him at least one more time before Summer break began.

"Hello, Newt. How are you?" You tried to keep the conversation as calm as you could muster, not wanting to ruin everything for yourself. He wouldn't admit it to you, but he was just as nervous, not wanting to somehow lose you due to his own paranoia. Things went on like a normal encounter with a fellow classmate would, but then there was a dip in the conversation. Silence rang throughout the library, the only sounds being yours and Newt's steady breathing. He anxiously licked his lower lip and filled in the stiff silence.

"So (y/n), um, I heard you'll be staying with your grandparents in London over the Summer?" He inquired. You nodded, much to his pleasure. "Well, then would you like to see each other a few times maybe, during that time?" He timorously suggested. You nodded, smiling gleefully at him. He mirrored your emotions, though he was internally freaking out, he tried to show his overflowing happiness as much as he could.
