It was 3 a.m. when I heard my phone ring. I turned over and picked up my phone.
Who would be calling me at 3 a.m.?
It was Chris's mom.
* Mrs. Folkery*
"SANDRA! Please tell me Chris is at your house! Please he didn't come home last night and i don't know where he is!"
You could hear the panic in her voice and she was always so calm. I began to worry.
*Sandra*
"No, Mrs. Folkery i have no idea where Chris is ... We... We broke up last night."
*Silence*
"Did you call Danny or Sam?"
You could hear her breathing - the panic in her voice was unnerving.
*Mrs. Folkery*
"Yes...he is no where to be found."
I hung up the phone I couldn't listen anymore. I could feel the tears welling up inside of me.
I lay in bed staring at the ceiling, tears streaming down my face.
Eventually I fell asleep.
