Chapter 2~ Fudgeboi

Lauren's POV

I woke up before my alarm this morning. The earlier I got up the more time I have at The Brew. I put on a rainbow Rolling Stones t-shirt and jean shorts. I packed my laptop in my bag and headed for the door.

"Did you stay up late last night again?" Mom asked.

"No why?" I asked confused.

"Your headed out early and skipping morning breakfast again."

"I just really like coffee mom."

"Really? Enough to skip family breakfast."
She said stopping to think for a minute.

"Ok go then." She said.

"Thanks mom. Love you!" I called going out the door.

At The Brew I ordered the same thing I did last time. I sat down in the same place and did the same thing. I loved it so much. Just being here. I don't know why though.

I looked around and noticed that the same guy editing that video was there again. I could see him now and he was one of those twins. He looked up at me and smiled. I freaked and immediately looked away. He noticed I was staring. He probably thought I was a creep.

He looked away. I promised myself I won't look at him ever again. He was probably a fudgeboi. He looks like one. Shit. Im staring again.

I had to leave he was to distracting. Hes to hot. Not in my league.

I sat next to Ericka and Marcus in class. For some reason my favorite bitch is sitting in front of me today.

"Why is Malory sitting there today?" Ericka asked.

"Did she finally decide to stop skipping for no reason?" Marcus laughed.

"Lets just hope she doesn't turn around." I reply.

"Oh my god. I heard that you bitch." Malory turned around giving me that 'Im better than you' look.

"Oh Sorry!" I say in fear. She may be pretty but she can seriously take you down.

"Oh why don't you leave us alone or just skip school again. We liked life without you in it." Ericka said.

"Please. Your such nerds." She laughed.

"Hey! I'm the only nerd here!" Marcus yelled.

"Yeah you don't wanna mess with me." Ericka said to herself.

I felt stupid for not sticking up for myself. I can with any other person but when its Malory I just cannot. Shes so big.

"Hey. Don't worry I've got your back." Ericka said smiling. I smilied back at her. I must have had a stupid look on my face too.

Finals week was definetly going in my favor though.

When I got home I studied of course and then I remembered that I forgot to tell Ericka about the coffee shop guy. So Ill just text her.

LAUREN🌺 Hey. I have to tell you something.

ERICKA💋 Hey whats up?

LAUREN🌺 So you know how I've been going to The Brew lately?

ERICKA💋 Yeah???

LAUREN🌺 Well there is this really hot guy there and I stare at him to much and he smilied at me today.

ERICKA💋 Omg!!! Thats so cute!

LAUREN🌺 Cute?!? I probably creep him out! Plus he looks like a fudgeboi

ERICKA💋 Ok first how could anyone think your creepy. Your Adorable!!! Second don't judge a book by its cover.

LAUREN🌺 Ugh whatever. He's just such a distraction to my studying.

ERICKA💋 I bet you $100 hes half the reason you go there.

LAUREN🌺 No way. I like it there because its modern and peaceful.

ERICKA💋 Oh please. I want you to talk to him tomorrow.

LAUREN🌺 What!?! No way. Your crazy.

ERICKA💋 Lol I gtg but you know you want to;) Byeee

I put my phone down. Is he the reason why I go there? No theres no way I don't even know him. Ok if he smiles and me tomorrow Ill smile back. Thats that. No talking no pressure.

I just worked on finding new ways to make slimes to pass the time. That seems to be trending lately.

I watched Friends on netflix until I drifted off to sleep...
