Chapter Five: I Will WIN This Bet!

Hello Again!!!! I'm trying to get as much uploads as I can hopefully, but we can only hope for that. I casted Zooey Deschanel as Melanie and William Moseley as Stephen. But they look older, so picture them as young as Emma Roberts who plays Lennox and Logan Lerman who plays Mark. Actually this chapter might not be adorable but I am trying. I'm trying to put a ton of cliche parts but I don't know when. I just love SlimShady's story The Bad Boy, Cupid, and Me which has a ton of adorableness if that is even a word. That is my absolute inspiration for the cliche parts I have later and favorite story on Wattpad. Hopefully if she ever reads this, I LOVE YOUR STORY THE BAD BOY, CUPID, AND ME!!!!! I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!!!!! Thanks for everyone supporting me. I feel a upset because this girl on the Teen Fiction has this story called The Boy Next Door which has over 16,000 reads and she just started about less than a week ago. While I have about 78 reads and I started about 2 weeks ago :(((((( Anyways hopefully this story is going to be popular soon :) Continuing onward with the story...........

Lennox's P.O.V.

I can't believe him. How can he ask me out after he knew that I just broke up with Stephen. Either he's really dumb or he's a psychopath trying to get into my pants. Either way I'm out of here. This academy has been the worst choice I've ever decided. I found Melanie comforting my shoulder as we got out of the car. I mean its my head, not my shoulder. She said,

"Hey, I'm meeting up with that friend of mine I've been seeing later."

"When are you going to tell me who it is?" I said calming down and starting to be in joking manner.

"Um, never," she said cracking a smile.

But underneath that smile, I could see something that looked like guilt. She'll tell me when she's ready, I told myself smiling. 

It was pretty boring after I did my homework. Melanie went to see her "secret friend" whom I think she has a crush on now, and Lauren said something about going to a guy's house. So I'm all alone now. I sighed. What to do ? What to do? Suddenly my phone began singing the song Move by MercyMe.

"I won't stop, I'll keep my head up! No, I'm not here to stay! There's going to be brighter days! There's going to be brighter days!"(On the side ->)

I picked up.

"Hey Lennox!" I heard Mark say cheerily.

"Didn't you get the message earlier?" I asked frustratedly. "How did you get my number?"

"Stephen. But that's no problem. He's on a date right now."

"Wait what? With who?" I said, my annoyance decreasing rapidly.

"Do I hear someone's jealous? It's Melanie."

"What?!?!!?"

What? Melanie liked him? Are you kidding? I said in my head.

"You're best friend."

"Are you serious?"

"Hey, just because you used to date Stephen doesn't mean that you need to know everything he does."

"It's not that," I said getting more distant. What happened to playing guys? She was on that date now. I couldn't be a horrible friend though. They would be so adorable together well. But I was still unsure.
