Yasmin's POV
It has been a week since we came to our grandparents and things have gotten worse here, two days ago I accidently dropped the plate while cleaning because I couldn't stop shaking for some reason. Grandma grabbed me by my neck, picked me up and took me to basement that had soundproof walls with no windows. She threw me on the floor and I shrieked in pain and backed away as she smiled at me. I begged her to please don't hurt me but she said, "bad girls deserved to be punished".
she picked me up and tied me to the wall and that's when Grandpa came down as Grandma left. He took off his belt and rolled it around his hand leaving only the metal part loose and began hitting me constantly. I cried and yelled then he hit me harder until I everything went black. When I woke up I was in my bed and KP was on the floor holding her knees crying.
I walked to her and held her asking what's wrong and she said that grandma has touched her in the No No place and that if she told anybody we both would pay for it.
Ever since that day I made sure KP was always by me, but today I fear our lives because report cards come in. Me and KP hasn't been able to sleep well and have been falling asleep in class that's why we are in detention right now. KP looks like she's about to freak out so I hold her hand," Don't worry Karina it's gonna be ok" She calms down and Mr. Johnson looks at us nervous as we go back to our homework.
I wonder if daddy is trying to find us and will he find us? I knew I needed to do something and fast because we couldn't last another day there. I look up and see Mr. Johnson staring," um..teacher may I use the phone to call home?" I say softly and KP immediately looked at me scared and I looked at her and smiled as he said sure. I walked to the phone and dailed Uncle Liam's number. After a few rings he answers it.
Liam: Hello?
Me: Uncle Liam!!!! *KP rushes near me*
Liam: Yasmin? OMG WHERE ARE YOU? IS KARINA OK?
Me: Uncle Liam she's next to me and we are at some school
Karina: *yells to the phone* UNCLE LIAM PLEASE HELP US
Liam: Karina...Yasmin I Promise we will get you but we need to know where you are sweetie...I need you to find an adult or look around try to give us clues
Me: *I looked around and there was nothing just plain four walls and desks and I sigh* There's none * i say sadly then the teacher grabs the phone*
Mr. Johnson: Hello Liam? is this Liam Payne
Liam: Hello and yes it is...who is this?
Mr. Johnson: This is their teacher Mr. Johnson but you can call me AJ
Liam: AJ?....Wait Ashley's friend AJ?
Mr. Johnson: Yep I figured these girls had to be related to you guys
Liam: AJ it's really important to tell us where they are because they was kidnapped...those are Ashley's daughters
Mr. Johnson: Wow Ash is probably freaking out...yea...
Liam: *interrupts* Nobody told you....she passed away 5 years ago? *says softly*
Mr. Johnson: she's....gone...*sighs and mumbles* dammit Ash you promised to be careful....The kids are at the private school down the street from where you use to live.
Liam: Thanks AJ and .....sorry for the bad news
Mr. Johnson: It's ok I will try to keep the girls here as long as I can...But if their grandparents come I have no choice but to send them home with them
Liam: thanks AJ we will be there soon.
I looked at Mr. Johnson nearly crying and he hugged me," Don't worry we will get you back to your real home soon...why don't you girls sit down and color" Me and KP sat down and colored A few minutes later we heard Grandma and Grandpa shouting...but wait not only them but also Uncle Liam and the others then we heard a gunshot and everything went quite. I figure came to the door as I trembled with KP afraid who was it would be as the knob slowly turned.
