"Hi Mandy how are you doing?" I ask Baileys mom, Mandy isn't your typical mom she is a tattoo and makeup artist and did baileys angel wings for her 16th birthday present, she is also as wild as her daughter with untamable red curls and which have recently been colored so there is some black and sort of yellow pieces in it she loves adding new colors to complement the red..."How's the family Deary?" she asks in her heavy British accent, "they good, just worried about my sister she is turning into a responsible adult at 16 because she is scared that if people get close they going to hate her" I could talk to Mandy about everything she is more like a best friend than an adult,

"tell you what deary why don't we have a party your 16th is coming up and it will be my gift to you to do makeup and get a mate of mine to do your hair make it fairytale night and she can be Cinderella?" she suggests pretending to wave a wand around , "That would be amazing thanks Mand's now I need to get upstairs or there will be hell to pay" I giggle as I run up stairs hearing that bailey is awake " Surprise my babe came to kiss you better" handing her a tub of her favorite black current frozen yogurt.

"You must get better we need to go shopping babe "I tell her before explaining the whole idea to her

"Oh my word why didn't think of that she" says while eating, I pretend to be talking into a watch "operation sweet 16 is a go".
