7. New Beginnings

The girls stirred from the floor as they groaned from the throbbing pain.

Their bodies felt like it had been beaten repeatedly and there was a sharp pain on the sides of their heads

"Is everyone alright?" Gina asked trying to stand on shaky legs

"My head is pounding." Ivy groaned

"Whatever she did, it felt like a ton of bricks." Crystal said using the sofa as leverage to pull herself up

"Gina, where are they? We have to stop them." Monica said

"I can't get through to her, she blocked me out."

"So now what?" Mary asked

"We come up with a plan, but first we need to recuperate. Monica, I think you should go check on Desmond and make sure he's okay."

"You're right, I'll be right back." She said as she slowly got up from the floor and gingerly made her way up the stairs

"So what's the plan?" Sapphire asked as she sat up on the couch

"The only plan there is, we ban together and stop them." Gina answered

"That's the plan?! How are we going to stop him?!"

"By using our powers and strength in togetherness."

Sapphire scoffed, "Are you kidding me right now?! This man alone has the strength to take all of us out and now with Lauraine back with him, he's unstoppable. We can't fight him with just us, we need to think of something better."

"Well you come up with an idea. The fact is, no one is going to help us! We're the only ones we have and that's each other!"

"There is one person who can help stop them."

"Ok, you go work your magic and see if they can come aboard and help, because we're going to need all the help and allies we can get."

Sapphire jetted upstairs as she sprinted down the hallway.

She stopped in front of the door and took a deep breath before knocking. "Tiffany! It's Sapphire! Can you please open up, I want to talk to you."

She didn't hear any noise from the other side as she knocked again.

"Please Tiffany, I want to talk. I promise I won't take long." She said as she heard a shuffling noise and some light thumps.

"Ok, look Tiffany. I know you don't like me and that's fine but don't act like you're sleeping. At least open the door."

Fed up with no one coming to the door, she went inside to the dark room with just the dim desk lamp on.

She looked over on her bed and it was perfectly made with no one on it. She was about to leave when she heard something in the closet.

Sapphire huffed and rolled her eyes as she went over to the closet. "Ok, enough games. Please talk to me, I know you're hiding in this closet." She said widely opening the door and the only thing that was there were Tiffany's clothes hanging up and her shoes.

She closed the closet door back and went to turn around when she came face to face with a human bull.

He towered over her small frame as his eyes were a fiery red and his hands were sharp claws.

Sapphire screamed as she ran out of the room while the man chased her.

She was running for dear life as he knocked pictures down from the walls.
