"The fuck do you want?" The boy snarled.

"A reason to why you had that emo pinned up." The boy said, marching up to them.

"I have no time for people like you two..." he grumbled.

"Seemed like you had enough time to slam him against the wall though. Geez, just broke up and already after the new kid."

"Shut the fuck up!" He tried to swing a dodge at him, but the boy swiftly moved away.

"What? Now that your ex is here you want to act all big and tough? You know the principal is ri-ight over there." The sun-kissed boy pointed to an oak door on the other side of the hall. The boy tensed as he turned to it. "Now I suggest you hop along before he comes out."

The latter growled, staring him down and angrily and stomped off.

"Always works..." He chuckled, shaking his head as he watched him walk off. Remembering about the other male, he look down quickly, seeing Keith had a sleeve pressed against his nose to stop the flowing blood, while he tried to get all of his stuff together. The boy crouched down, helping him with his books. Once everything was put away tidily, the duo stood up in awkward silence. "What? No thank you?" Keith shot his head up immediately reaching to his notebook and began writing.

Thanks

He read it, then his eyes widened.

"Keith..." he mumbled, looking at his bleeding face. Keiths' quickly faced him, he arms relaxing. He then nodded, a small smile on his face. "I knew it!" the latter yelled, squeezing the mute into a bone-crushing hug. "I missed you! Do you remember me? It's me Lance—" he pulled back, a bright smile on his face. "—where did you go? You never said goodbye..." Keith began to write again.

Sorry. A couple just took me in all of a sudden and I never got a chance to say goodbye.

"It's ok bud, I'm just glad to see you again." Lance rubbed his neck nervously. With frown, Keith wrote in his book.

What's Up?

      "It's nothing, don't worry!"

Keith had met Lance at his twelfth foster home, whose mother had died in child birth, and father yet to be found. Their friendship was almost instant, but sadly, it only lasted for five months or less. Now here they were, five years later.

Tears welled up lightly at Lances' eyes, but he tried to thoroughly rub them away.

"Geez... who know you could make me like this?" he asked rhetorically. In another attempt to hide his tears, he clasped Keith into another hug, tears silently in his shoulder. The mute hugged back gently, a subtle smile on his pink lips. "Let's ditch." Lances' tears were finally over, and a smug grin grew on his features. Keith pulled away, shaking his head furiously. "Come on! It's the first day of school! Now one will care!"

He successfully convinced Keith to join him, running out the front door and sliding down the banisters. Originally, the Cuban boy planned to run, but when Keith pulled in beside him on an crimson motorcycle, his plans changed.

They sped down the Main Street, Lance laughing his head off while the Koreans' smile was minor.

"This is amazing!" He threw his head backwards and cheered, while his hands gripped Keiths' waist tightly.

After a few minutes, they had drove to the other side of the city, on the outskirts of a forest. Keith parked nearby, and was already running into the thicket lavender.

"If anyone says you're a good student, I have proof to prove them wrong!" The Spanish boy laughed, leaning against a post to catch his breath. Haneul giggled, a miniature blush lingering on his cheeks.

For hours, they climbed the singular tree placed in the centre of the vast field, and retold stories from when they weren't together, but of course, Keith tried to join in on Lances' laughter. Though saddened from that thought, he still enjoyed every ounce of his company.

Night had fallen, and the stars were out.

Can I stay at yours? Shiro is going to be pissed and have my head...

Lance giggled and nodded.

"But this time, I drive. ~"
