I! By myself. Only me have 2 problems with The Hunger Games! You might have these same problems but if you don't, don't have a go at me it is my choice of what I like and what I don't.
Team Peeta?! Or. Team Gale?! Take your pick, love only one and hate the other. Wait?! What?! I thought this was The Hunger Games not Twilight. What the f**k is with the teams now?! This I the first problem, this wasn't based around a love story, no it was based around 'the Hunger Games' and 'Rebellions'. And must I say was an excellent story very original. Yes there is a small love triangle in there but it doesn't mean we should have teams, Katniss didn't love Gale like that and always loved Peeta so why is it turning out like twilight?! I put on a survey to see what others think about teams - you can be apart of this survey too.
My next problem is the movie itself! From the very start to the very finish disappointed me. I felt like chucking my popcorn at the screen and booing it but I guess I like popcorn and I didn't want to disturb the rest of the people in the cinema, even though there was only 3 more pairs and one mother with two girls. So many things were different from the hovercraft at the start to the way the mutts looked at the end - Peeta didn't even have a fake leg which sucked. I could go through the problems but that would take ages, so here is just a few:
Well like I said the hovercraft at the start People were working on the day of the reaping The way she got the pin was the worst They were supposed to be quiet when haunting ans she wasn’t supposed to meet Gale until they were at the blueberry bushes or whatever type of berries. There was no Maggie The sad scene after the reaping wasn’t how it was meant to go The train ride was crap The makeover scene was different to the book Boys before Girls in the private session How Thresh died How Rue died – just the bits when she was speared this she was buried was all different. The mutts The so called ‘golden’ Cornucopia And many more from small to bigger differences…
