Have you ever wondered what it's like to permanently go to another place and be forced to start your whole life all over again? If not, that's okay because I can share my personal experience with you. It all started during the summer. My parents were always talking about how we're moving to a different city, which meant I had to leave my old home, my very close friends, my old school, and my old neighborhood. At first I didn't get why we had to. Where we were living before was perfect. So why waste so much time, money, and energy just to buy a new house? But I suddenly realized that my father works for a very big company and the building he worked at was in the same city that we're moving to. I'm guessing he wanted to get closer to work instead of having to constantly go from city to city just to go over business plans. Now I understand. I'm actually glad my dad made this decision, but the only thing that I don't like about it is that we have to live further away from the ones that care for us most. Oh, and before I forget to tell you. My name is Claire Cooper and I'm 15 years old. But I guess I don't have to give you any more feedback on my life since I just did a few minutes ago. Just to let you know, my parents' names are Tina and George Cooper. A.k.a, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper. Plus, I have a little sister named Samantha. A.k.a, Sam the Bratty Little Devil. (Don't worry, I don't really call her that. It's just basically my personal opinion or my personal nickname for her...just saying!) Anyway, today's my last day in this beautiful structure that used to be called home. I might as well start getting a couple things together, so I don't have to worry about it tomorrow. I put one hand the wall of my bedroom that's close to the window. I let out a heavy sigh and turn off my lamp. I put the covers over me and lay on my back. I stare up at the ceiling until my eyes close shut. Well, wish me luck. Tomorrow starts my new journey..
