Well, I know at the beginning I said I would initially have 50 chapters......thats soooo not going to happen!!.......................................I must have more! I now plan on it being 100 because I extended the story and added a ton to the plot. There's just now way I can get it down to 50 now. Also I heard some comments about my chapters being super short. Well heres the deal. My chapters are basically scenes that just cant work without being on their own! I give importance to certain scenes by allowing them to get their own dang chapter! I know the first 17 chapters are basically going to be the first week of the new found relationship between the characters but thats exactly why I am going to change it to 100 chapters/scenes. Please Please Please Please Please keep reading and dont lose faith in me! This story is definitely worth it in my eyes and I hope that I can get the message out to you all (:

Max's POV
Derek and I walked outside of the warehouse and got into my white Chevy SUV. I did not want to talk to him about this but we needed to get it over with. It hurt me deep down inside to have an aching feeling that Casandra...had been abused. probably more than once knowing the life she had.
"What's going on Max?" Derek asked as I kept driving until we were back into town. I stopped at a Starbucks and parked. It was empty."We better not be wasting time, it's already four!" He was grumpy, like always.
"I'm sure you dont think that anything regarding Casandra is a waste of time," I said to him watching his face change from annoyed to a frown.
"What did she do?" he asked.
"Not what did she do...it's what someone did to her," as I finished my sentence slowly, Derek punched the dashboard.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" he yelled as he closed his eyes and breathed through his nose looking like he was ready to take me out. The only thing holding him back was that he needed me to tell him what I thought. More like believed.
"Remember when the gun went off? How Casandra looked so scared she could have crapped her pants?" I asked him. He just nodded slowly. "Well, from what we know about her she wouldnt be scared of a damn gunshot. You and I both know that Derek, she's way too strong for that. She just kept apoligizing and hoping that I wasnt mad at her." I finished not sure if Derek caught what I was trying to tell him.
"When I find the mother fucker who touched her I am not going to just kill him...I am going to make him wish he was dead," Derek spoke menacingly with full out anger and disgust.
"Wait a second, we need to talk to Cass first. What if it wasnt a he, maybe it was family or something?" I didnt want to jump to conclusions just yet. There was too much at risk. I tried to read Derek's face, looking for some sort of emotion or expression, but it was blank. He withdrew within himself searching for an answer to the current problem.
"Find everything there is to know about her and her life. I dont care how you do it. Just DO IT," he spoke with increasing volume, his hands shaking as he tried to control his rising anger.
"Dont start something you cant finish Derek. You and I both know why I came to you before Lucas. We need to think this through first. I think...we should talk to her but after we deal with the newbies. Let everything settle down first and then we can handle this slowly," I said with precaution worried Derek may do something rash. "I dont want her to get hurt. None of us do," I finished.
We got back to the SUV and headed to the warehouse. The drive as silent, except for the few instances that Derek cursed under his breath. He not once looked at me. The entire time he was in deep thought and stared straight out the window into the countless objects we drove past, but never actually seeming to look at them. His mind was probably on Casandra and wondering how she went through all that she has, but to this day she remains so fucking strong and doesnt show that she's hurting.
When we reached the warehouse Derek ran inside and call the guys together, including Casandra.
"We will never back down..."
So he began his speech, not realizing the strong meaning his words had to every single one of us and our futures.

Derek's POV
I stood in the middle of the lagre circle everyone made around me. I stared at each of their faces, noticing how much they put their trust in our group. I knew it was time I made clear to them our relationship. Not just as a gang, but as a family.
"We will never back down. When their is fear in our hearts we know that each and everyone of us has our backs. I know you guys have been through a lot. Hell, I have too. I also know that you all have a burning fire within yourselves that are going to do the right thing. I know what we do is wrong in the eyes of society. Whats worse is to have sick murders who kill innocent people everyday. At least we get rid of the scum for the better of others! I have not once in my life seen better people than you all, who turn their backs on evil and fight to take it down. We may go to hell for what we have done, but so what! We did it for the right reasons. I have one last thing to say to you. We may have not known eachother for our entire lives, but we are nonetheless a family. Although it is one dysfunctional crappy family, we still have eachother even when the world turns its back on us," I finished feeling proud to be a part of our family. I smiled big as they all started shouting and yelling.
"Whooo hoooo!" yelled out Cody as he jumped up and down, hugging Casandra at the same time. She was smiling happily as her eyes met mine. I gazed into her eyes intently until Max swooped her into his arms and spinned her around. I really need to talk to these guys about touching her.
"Kid, stop punching Max! He might drop me!" she squealed out as Max kept spinning. I assumed 'Kid' was Cody because he was hitting Max every chance he got. Then it happened. Casandra flew out of Max's arms as his grip around her loosened. She was luckily flung onto the black leather couch against the wall. "Oh my FUCKING Bob! What the hell is your problem Max! How could you just let go of me like that!" She was throwing her hands in the air and into Max's face accusing him of not being a good friend. She then turned to Kid, I mean Cody, and kicked him where the sun dont shine pretty damn hard if you asked me. Almost all of the guys groaned feeling Cody's pain for him as well.
"Fuck Cass! That was brutal!" Max said as he attempted to high five Casandra, except for the fact that she slapped him upside the head. "Damn, you hit like a fucking man!" Wrong move man.
"You testosterone filled piece of shit! If you were even half of a damn man you wouldnt have dropped me!" She screamed and then stomped on his foot. She marched away from the two of them and towards me.
I was leaning against the entrance doors, watching this whole scene unfold and laughed.
"This would only happen to you," I chuckled as she tried to push me out of her way since I was blocking her from leaving. "Where do you think you're going Missy?" I asked when she finally gave up. I knew that if she wanted to she could have moved me in a second, but she was holding back.
"Anywhere but here," she muttered folding her arms across her chest.
"Come on you big baby. It wasnt even that bad. You know they didnt mean it," I said trying to make her feel better, but I should have known better.
"Oh please Derek, I just want to see them squirm and beg for my forgiveness," she smirked and then added, "Plus Max will probably buy me some cherries too if I ask him now." She was smiling like a little girl who just got candy.
"You manipulative little bitch," I said as she turned around and walked back to the couches.
"I know," she replied, clearly proud of her talents."Ohhhhh booyyyss! Who's ready to kick some newbie ass!" she shouted as she jumped onto one of the tables in the center of them room.
This girl just amazes me more and more every time.
