Casandra's POV
I woke up to the sun shining into my eyes and warm strong arms wrapped around my waist. I tried turning but it was no use.
"Derek!" I said trying to wake him up, "Let go of me you annoying prick!" I kept squirming until I felt an obnoxious bulge on my thigh."Oh my fucking gosh! You sick PERVERT!" I leaped out of his bed and fell to the floor. Why does this feel so familiar?
"Hmm? What are you doing on the floor?" he asked through sleepy eyes not even fazed by my little scene.
"Forget it, just wake up and take me home. My aunts going to kill me!" I was not really scared but more dreadful of the earful she was going to give me because it was the usual "Im a good for nothing" speech she always gives.
"Fine just give me a few minutes," asc he got out of bed. I watched him as he made his way to the bathroom unable to take my eyes off of his abbs but forced myself to look away knowing I was probably drooling. No matter how much I wanted to hate this jerk he was so damn sexy. He smirked as I felt my cheeks heat up from the embarressment.

"Come on Cass its not going to be that bad just go," Derek said trying to force me out of his car and into my aunts raging path of insanity. " I can come with you is you want?" I looked at him like he was on crack of something.
"That would just make things worse you moron!" I yelled exasperated because I had no choice but to put my big girl panties on. I hopped out the car and started up the drive way but stopped, "Just wait for a few minutes ok?"
"Sure," he siad monotonously.
Once I got to the front door of the small cottage house and peeked inside after opening it and slowly made my way in.
"Where have you been?" my aunt Martha screamed. "Do you have any idea how worried I was?"
"Right you were worried," I said as I made my way to the guest room and grabbed my lugage bags that were stilled packed on the floor. "I'm staying at a friend's house for a while."
"No you are not! You are in so much trouble, just wait until I tell your parents," she said trying to threaten me.
"Go ahead. They wont care. It's not a big deal either. Youre happy and i'm happy. So everything works out in the end. Buh-Bye!" I yelled out as I walked through the front once more but this to to exit. I honestly didnt know what the hell I was doing or where I was going to live but I knew for sure that it wasnt here. I made my way to Derek's car and he had an expressionless look on his face. One that I just couldnt read. Without a question he took my bags from my hands and tossed them in the trunk. Before I knew it we were drving back to his house in utter silence. "Where are we going?"
"I dont know," he said as he rubbed his temples with one hand whilst keeping the other on the wheel. "Just stay at my place until Julie says you can stay at hers."
"Dont tell me what to do mister. Plus I really dont even know you!" I said but then realized what I said. The car slightly swerved and Derek gripped the wheel even tighter. "What I mean is that I dont want to intrude Derek. Sorry."
"Whatever. Dont come calling me if you need any help. I'm just a stranger right," he said curtly. His tone cut the air like a sword and my heart ached from the coldness of his voice.
"Derek..."
"Forget it, Max is waiting for you," he said before leaving the car. I didnt even realize that we were already at Max's house. Derek grabbed my bags, handed them to me, and drove away without a second glance.
