England's P.O.V

Once the verbal portion of the spell was finished, a bright light surrounded us, bright enough to hurt my eyes, so I closed them. It felt as if the whole world is spinning inhumanly fast around me, and then it all abruptly stopped.

I opened my eyes and found myself standing in the entrance of the World Meeting room, facing the startlingly quiet countries.

This almost frightened me. Usually, every time I come here for a World Meeting, it's nothing but utter chaos! But now...

They all turned their heads towards my direction once I appeared. America was the first to speak up.

"Ahahahaha! You're totally late, dude!" America shouted as he laughed and pointed at me.

"What a surprise," France teased with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes. "Alright everyone, we are gathered for a specific reason, so quiet down."

They all nodded although most of them look uncomfortable. Most of them love Rosalie as much as we do, but they're uncertain of her joining this meeting. Only a few know what this is about. Some expressions look disapproving, some worried, and a few actually look interested.

I looked at each country, meeting their gazes, before taking a deep breath. My gaze soon landed on America's, who sobered up quickly once he remember what we're here for. He's a big part of this mess. In fact, he's the reason this is happening at all.

I don't regret what he did, though. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't stop him from doing it. Of course, at first, I thought it was a terrible idea. And it really was, but I wouldn't change it, and I'm sure he agrees.

We've all come to really care about Rosalie.

I'm worried. No, I'm frightened. I don't know how she will take this, and I don't know if she'd come to hate us for keeping this from her, for making her believe something that isn't true.

I swallowed hard, fighting the worry. We need to do this. It's only right for Rosalie, and for us. America said he's ready to let Rosalie know, and he promised to take the consequences of his decision.

"Rosalie," I started. "I brought you here today because-"

I turned to look by my side to where Rosalie is at, only to see she's not there.

I blinked in surprise and I looked around myself and the room, but Rosalie isn't here!

"What the...?" I muttered. I'm sure I did the spell correctly, otherwise I wouldn't be here. Then Rosalie...

"Where's Rosalie?" Romano asked, his eyebrows furrowed as he stared at me.

"Uh..." I am at loss for words at the moment, trying to think of what might had happened.

"England, you said you were going to bring her." Germany narrowed his eyes at me.

"I did! Damn, something must have went wrong," I muttered, rubbing my head.

"What do you mean something must've went wrong?" America asked, now looking concerned.

"Since I was late, I decided to use magic to get here quickly," I explained and my voice trailed off when I realized something.
