Zayda's POV:

It was beautiful outside, sun shining, birds chirping, it was the kind of day you'd want to spend at a pool or a beach, and just go swimming or lay on a towel and just tan for hours (without getting sun burned of course) I thought as I laid in bed wide awake, and to be honest I absolutely loved the thought of going to the pool or beach; but sadly that wasn't what I'd be doing, I would be going to school bored out of my mind (a private school might I add). The type of school where rich stuck ups go to; but lucky for me I'm nothing like any of those stuck up no goods, I was in-fact actually different which I'm proud about, I'm that kind of person that is nice, sweet; I love my life. I just hope I never take any of it for granted in the future, jeez even just the thought made me quiver in my bed.

As I managed to somehow get out of bed to start getting ready for school, I went to grab my uniform out of my closet once I grabbed it I started walking to my dresser and grabbed my underwear and bra.
I walked to my night stand with all my clothes in my arms and grabbed my phone. I walked towards my bedroom door and huffed in annoynment; "seriously you got to be kidding me, how am I gonna open the door with all my stuff in my hands!" I sighed and realized how stupid I was, "why must I be such a dumbass." I just plopped my stuff on the floor and went to grab a laundry basket out of my bathroom and walked back to my bedroom door, where my stuff was laying. I leaned over and picked them up and neatly placed them in the basket and placed it on my hips.

As I opened the door I walked out halfway in the hallway and stopped, I facepalmed myself "wait what am I doing? I have my own bathroom in my room why am going to the one out here?" I said to myself, I turned around and walked back into my room and close the door, I rub my head "Sheesh, how much sleep did I get last night" I laughed I and grabbed a towel and sat it down on my vanity, I went and turned the shower on and then turned on my music. Once I found a song I liked, I place me phone on the shelf hanging above my toilet, stepped into the shower and closed the shower door. A few minutes pass and I was finally done bathing. I walked out of the shower and grabbed my towel then wrapped it around me. I stopped my music, and grabbed my phone and walked out of my bathroom.

As I started getting ready for school, I heard my phone ring. I looked down and saw it was Madeline requesting to FaceTime me. "Ah I need to hurry and place these down somewhere before I miss her request." I plopped my stuff on the floor and hurried to my bed practically lunging and throwing myself atop my covers, careful not to drop the towel wrapped around my body and accepted her call while I continued to get ready.

"Hey Madeline, sorry I took so long, my hands were full" I said as I finished putting on my uniform. "Hey Zay! you're fine, no worries. Are you ready, cause I just got done picking up Valencia, so I'm on my way to your house and-" I see Valencia pop up on my screen "-Yeah so in this case you better be ready cause we're here." Madeline rolled her eyes, Valencia didn't see her. "There ya go Mad, just thought I should finish what you were gonna say." She said, laughing cheerfully. "Yeah as in rudely interrupting me and putting words in my mouth you dumbnut." I rolled my eyes and laughed "you guys crack me up I swear." I said as I shook my head gently back and forth and gathered my stuff with my phone in my hand and walked out of my room.

As I walked down stairs and put my backpack on my shoulders, Madeline broke the silence; "I swear Val, why do you always interrupt me, not going to lie It gets on my nerves. It's like you think you know what I'm gonna say but you don't, so please stop will ya? And we're nowhere near Zayda's house yet so you had no reason to say that." She said annoyed but with a smile on her face. Valencia poked her head out again and smiled, "Sorry I'm just so excited that today is the last day of school before summer break and I'm just so hyped cause this is going to be the best summer we've ever had." She said while she squealed on the top of her lungs. I laughed as I walked into the kitchen and toward the fridge, I opened it and grabbed my lunch box, closing the fridge I unzipped my backpack and placed my lunch box inside and grabbed my house keys, I thought back on what Valencia said and laughed again, "how's it gonna be fun we haven't even made any plans yet Val." I told her confused, I placed my house keys back on the key holder so I could put my shoes and socks on, "Yea yea yea whatever. You know what I mean." Once I was finished tying my shoes I grabbed my house keys and started walking towards the front door and opened it, I stepped out and closed the door; I took my house key and locked the house up.
