Clay held Tony's hand as they walked across the parking lot and towards the local orphanage. This was one of the biggest decisions of their lives and they felt that they were ready to adopt a child. After all the married couple wanted a child for a while now.

Tony went ahead and opened the door for Clay, to which Clay walked through smiling and saying a small 'Thank you'. They looked around the orphanage hearing happy, playful laughs of children around. The two walked up to the front desk, where the lady looked up.

"Hello," she smiled at them both, "How may I help you today?"

"We had an appointment today to look around and see the kids," Tony spoke making the lady's smile widen.

"Ah, so you're Tony and Clay Padilla," she glanced at her computer screen before looking at the both of them.

Tony and Clay nodded in confirmatiom.

"Well, I'm Susie, and I'll be showing you around, and I introducing you to some of the kids," Susie spoke shaking both Tony's and Clay's hands.

"Is there a specific age group you would want to look at?" She asked looking at them both as they walked away from the lobby and down a colorful hallway.

Clay and Tony glanced at each other,"Uh, Not really. But maybe somewhere between 5 to 13 years."

Susie nodded,"Okay, let's go ahead and look at the thirteen year olds first as most of the energetic children are outside at the moment."

Tony and Clay nodded as they turned right onto a hallways that was painted with different shades of blue.

"Would you like to visit the girls or boys first?" Susie asked looking at Clay and Tony.

"Girls," Clay answered making Susie smile a bit before knocking on a door which seemed to be colored pink. She soon opened it when there was a faint 'Come in'. The three walked inside and saw eight girls all doing their own thing. Two girls who looked like sisters were in the corner conversing with each other. The others were either drawing, on their phones, or reading.

"Girls, These are Padillas," she introduced catching every girls attention.

Some of the girls smiled at Clay and Tony, while the others frowned and ignored them.

Susie turned toward Clay and Tony, "Well, I'll leave you two to introduce yourselves to some of the girls. I'll be checking up on the boys if you need anything."

Clay nodded and gave Susie a small thanks before he turned towards the girls who had returned to doing their own thing. Clay and Tony walked over to a small girl who seemed to be minding her own business.

"Hey, what's your name?" Clay asked smiling over at the girl who looked up, only to see Clay and Tony.

"Reyna," The brunette girl responded quietly as she looked at both of them.

"Reyna, that's a pretty name," Tony complimented her giving her a small kind smile.

"Thanks..." She gave a small smile slowly warming up to them. Her grey eyes lit up with what looked like hope.

"Are you going to adopt me?" She asked innocently.

Clay glanced over at Tony who nodded. Even if they hadn't talked to the other girls they really seemed to connect with Reyna.

"Yes, yes we are." Clay confirmed before Reyna gave a small happy smile before it disappeared.

"Wait...Are you going to take me back here, when you realize you don't love me anymore?" The eight-year-old asked tearing up.

"No, no! Of course not," Tony and Clay reassured her at the same time.

The girl nodded rubbing her eyes, "Okay..."

"Hey Reyna," Clay trailed off causing her to look at him with her wide grey eyes, "We'll be right back, we need to sign some paper work to take you home."

Reyna nodded smiling wide, "Okay," she repeated a lot happier this time.

Tony nodded before parting her head, as she returned to her drawing, ignoring the envious looks she received from the other girls.

Clay and Tony soon found Susie, who was overly happy that Reyna was about to find a permanent 'Forever Home'. The married couple soon signed all the papers they needed to sign and soon walked over to the room where Reyna was with Susie.

"It's official, Reyna," Susie grinned making the small eight-year-old nearly jump with glee, "Go pack your bag, you're going home."

Reyna grinned rushing over to her bed and taking out her pink fluffy bag with a unicorn printed on it. She quickly stuffed all her belongings in it before walking over to Clay and Tony.

"You're an official Padilla," Tony announced making Reyna smile even more.

Clay chuckled at Reyna and how adorable she was. The happy family of three soon walked out of the orphanage - finally feeling complete.
