Chapter 3
Ohm's POV:
"I got a 4 minutes a freaky four minutes," I said as I walked down the calm streets of Chicago.
It's been very quiet for the last couple of months. When I returned home from my trip, I took time away from the computer to find myself. I set myself as someone who is a player... I realized this after I had played with Bryce. Well it wasn't like I meant to play him. I realized what I had done was stupid and I payed for the price by falling in love.
"What is love," I sang as I turned a corner towards home.
A year and a half of actually finding myself was just what I needed. It was like Rehab for myself. I decided to go a drive around the whole country. It was nice seeing the view. I left my phone at home. I didn't really need a reminder that Bryce is happier without me. I did send postcards to Cartoonz because he's the only person willing to talk to me.
I spent one week in each state which reached to 50. I then spent the rest of the time traveling Europe for a bit before I decided to head home. This was the time I needed to recover myself and accept that Bryce had moved on. And yet deep down inside me I know I still have feelings for him no matter how much I tell myself.
I unlocked my door and tossed my keys to the desk on the side. My house was covered with a light dust as I haven't been here in over a year. I grabbed a cloth and the feather duster and started to clean up my house. It didn't really take that long since it isn't a big house so I was on the couch having my phone in my hand. I connected it to the charger and watch it come back to life.
It took a couple of minutes but I unlocked my phone. There was several notifications that had piled up. This is what happens when I go somewhere without letting my fans knows. I went on twitter and tweeted my return and apology for leaving so suddenly. When I refreshed I got immediate responses.
Where did you go?
What happened?
I thought you died?
Glad you're back
Where some of the responses that I received. I got out of twitter and I went to see my messages. I got several from Cartoonz and surprisingly from Delirious. I opened our private messages.
"Dude please respond when you get this!"
I looked to see when he sent this and this was sent 9 months ago!
"Dude I didn't take my phone with me when I left what's wrong?" I quickly typed out.
I kinda felt stupid for messaging back. He could have gotten a new phone during the time I disappeared but I saw that he read it and then the icon for when someone is typing.
"I was gonna ask if you heard about Bryce but knowing that you left your phone you probably didn't," he responded.
"What happened to Bryce," I messaged back.
"So.... honestly this would be better if you visited him," he messaged back and I raised my eyebrow.
"Why? And if I didn't I don't even know where he lives. He could have moved for all I know," I messaged.
He sent me an address and responded with;
"This is his address.... please fix him."
".... alright I'll see what I could do," I sent in return and I got a thank you back.
I went online and bought the next flight over. I decided that I was going to stay for a couple of weeks so I packed some fresh clothes in a suit case. I called a cab and I waited patiently outside. I guess it's time to see Bryce once more...
The long awaited chapter has finally come. Sorry I just had writers block for the longest time. I hope this quenches your thirst for the time being XD. But for reals I'm sorry this took me a while. Hopefully the next chapter doesn't take as long
With lots of love 💛
