Molly

"Oh, you little asshole."

Molly was completely livid.

First Dylan had gone and beat up their best friend-his girlfriend for God's sake-and now he was in here, Reilly's room, kissing a girl Molly could barely tolerate. Cheating on Reilly, she realized. Crossing the rectangular room in less than five seconds, Molly walked up behind Paige, grabbed her by the hair,  and yanked her away from Dylan, casting her to the floor.

Dylan looked horrified, and Molly fully expected him to say something about her hurting Paige. Instead, he crossed his forearm over his lips, looking like he was going to throw up.

"She stuck her tongue in my freaking mouth." he said, sounding completely disgusted. Molly looked down at Paige, who was thrashing around, Molly's hand still wrapped up in her hair. Molly ripped her hand and kicked her in the stomach.

"What the actual fuck is your problem, Paige? We -they- finally have something going, something good, and here you are trying to screw things up. On top of that, we're all in danger and you seen to give zero shits about us possibly getting killed." Molly hissed, pushing Paige over. Paige jumped to her feet and spun around, glaring at Molly.

"I'm so freaking sick of you and Reilly. You think you're so much better than me, or Gavin, or anyone else you could lower yourselves enough to talk to. Reilly thinks that, just 'cause she's been friends with Dylan, she can have him completely to herself, dating or no. Which isn't the case. Reilly needs to grow up and let go of something she isn't good enough for. Something she doesn't freaking deserve. Dylan kissed me back, he's here, with me, not her, and you guys are going to have to deal with that." Paige said through gritted teeth, looking smug, like she'd actually won something.

Molly had had enough, moving so fast that Paige didn't have any time to react. Grappling for her pendant, Molly slammed the flat of her sword into Paige's stomach, winding her. Paige fell, trying to catch her breath. Molly stood there, still completely seething. She lost control again and kicked Paige in the ribs, leaning over her and staring her down.

"If you ever insult me or my best friend like that again, I won't be as...gentle...next time." she said, just before she slammed the hilt of her sword into Paige's head, effectively knocking her unconscious. Molly turned.

"And you," she started, walking over to Dylan. "If you ever hit her again, if you ever go and cheat on her again-don't you even open your mouth, that's exactly what you were doing-I swear on the Styx, I will make you regret it." she said, punctuating her threat by electrocuting him so bad he shook and all his hair stood on end, the smell of something burning filling the air. She spun on her heel, walking out of the room and climbing out of the chariot.

She walked down to where Gavin had set up a small, temporary sort of shelter, trying to heal Reilly. He had her leaning in his arms, not in a romantic way, something more like 'Oh God, my friend is dying'. It looked like he'd taken off her shirt, which pissed Molly off for half a second before she realized the exact reason for it. The t-shirt was unusable, covered in Reilly's blood from several long cuts Dylan had somehow opened along her side. She was bandaged all the way from just above the middle of her stomach to about where the collar of a normal shirt would end. Gavin looked up as Molly came towards him and sighed.

"Before you say anything about Reilly not having a shirt on-it was one, unusable, and two, I had to make sure her ribs would heal right. And trust me when I say this, it was awkward as hell." he said, grinning slightly. Molly cracked a small smile. Honestly, she didn't care, just as long as Reilly was going to be at least kind of okay.
