Chapter 27- Who side are you really on

Mel POV

I woke up three days ago in the Mount Lucy's Hospital in Manchester England. Apparently Ryan got me transferred to England the same day of the incident and refused to be placed under protective custody by the detective. He said something about not trusting her fully.

I don't know exactly what I had missed in the days that I was out but I knew I missed my sister so damn much.

I didn't even get a chance to bury her yet. I was being discharged from the hospital today and tomorrow is Shan's funeral.

I always thought we would have lived long and grow old together but it seemed God had other plans or maybe I should say my father did.

Emily and Mario got back together and apparently wanted to get married with Ryan and I to have a "Double Wedding". Right now I couldn't give a fuck about getting married, all I wanted to do was jump into the coffin with my sister.

Randy literally went crazy and moved back to Ohio with his family claiming that it was all of us who killed Shana.

What an ass?

Weren't we all grieving?

Everyone seemed selfish recently. Nobody got that I had to be the strongest ones for my children. I had to pretend like if I wasn't dying on the inside.

I stood outside the hospital door watching that young bitch deliver her baby with the man I absolutely hated. Wasn't he too old to still be having kids? I mean once you hit the 50's stop putting your penis in every possible thing. But then again he was always a horny bastard. I admit the girl was quite pretty but it will only be a short time till he began to beat her too.

Not everything lasts forever.

Soooooo Mario and I are back together in fact, we are about to get married. I was so happy. He seemed to really love me for me and my old age.

The only thought in my mind all the time recently was Shana P. Stubbs.
