It's the last day. A whole week spent with my baby-girl. I don't want it to end. I just hope she stays until tonight, after all today is Halloween. Nadia already had her costume and so does Milan. They're supposed to be having a supposed to be hella kids arriving at noon. They're all of Nadia's friends. Milan just might have to get used to them. Slipping on my jacket, I walk out of my room and down the hall to the guest room. There's Serenity writing something in a journal? Or diary?

" Babygirl?"

She looks up at me with those beautiful brown eyes, " Yes?"

I come forward towards her. She quickly closes the journal gripping it tight. "What were you writing."

" Nothing... uh just nothing."

" Tell me. You know I don't judge." I say, plopping down beside her on the bed.

" Nothing. I promise." She fake smiles.

I make a straight face and grab both of her hands, " Serenity. I don't like secrets."

Her eyebrows furrow into an angry expression. Lord here we go. " Secrets huh? You kept an important secret from me. "

" Like what?"

" You didn't tell me that would have to go back and forth to court with Nadia to get custody of her."

My eyes pop open, how did she know that? April damn it. Can't keep her fucking mouth shut for nothing.
" Look I didn't tell you because I don't want you to worry about it."

She lifts up and sits down India style, "No Mateo! You need to tell me everything instead of telling me anything if this is going to work."

Everything? " Uh.. fine okay."

She crosses her arms giving me a death glare, " What else are you hiding?"

" Nothing that was it."

" Yeah okay."

I grab her face gently and plants soft kisses upon her face. She gives me that most famous cute little laugh. I don't know what I would do if I would loose her.

" What are we doing today?" She asks.

" Preparing for you to leave. Sadly." I make the most saddest face at her causing for her to laugh again.

" I'm not leaving."

My eyes shoot up to hers, " You what?"

" I'm not leaving. I'm not going to leave you."

" Deadass?" I can already tell I'm getting excited.

" Yes Mateo. I'm not leaving you ever again."

Those words. I've waited for those words the whole week. My baby, my everything is going to finally be with me. No more hallucinations no more depression. My daughters and my girlfriend are going to be staying with me. This couldn't be the most happiest moment of my life.

She leans over and plants a kiss on my cheek. I turn my head so that my lips meet hers. Serenity smiles under the kiss, letting me know I'm doing something right. She climbs onto my lap without breaking the kiss. My hands automatically go to her waist.. then to the waistband to her panties.. a little low-
