This is another one I made it works just as good:
-bowl of water
- rose Mary
- ripe lemon
- avocado (optional)
- cucumbers (optional)
Get a bowl of plain water then mash the Rose Mary and add some of it in (not to much) then get the ripe lemon and squeeze the juice out into the bowl, next get the avocado and mash it to tiny bits and put some of it in then stir, chant as many times as you want:
" grant me beauty Aphrodite, make my skin more clear and glamorous as an angel, though there may be chaos in my soul there is beauty that flows beneath me, fulfil this wish please so mote it be"
Get a flannel and dip it in the bowl and soak it on your face if you have cucumbers treat yourself by putting them over your eyes and you laying down for a few minutes *it helps a lot trust me* do this everyday.
