Lycan spell

- full moon
- Blue candle
- bowl
- strand of your hair
- black marker
- water
- access to kitchen
- your skin
- something to stir with
-pot
- printed picture of lycan (optional)

Go into your kitchen and get a pot of water, add a strand of your hair, your dead skin, and if possible a drop of your blood, put it on the stove and boil the water, put the boiled water and ingredients into a bowl then go outside and place the bowl in the light of the full moon, get the marker and draw a Cresent on the tops of your hands, light your candle and if you have the picture put it in the bowl if not then just visualise you in lycan form chant 5-10x:

"Descending from the Earth lycans shall roam,a wolf will devour my soul, the wolf soul shall overtake my body, in thy name to artemis a lycan in the physical form I shall become, with enhanced senses and traits, powerful I shall be but for my request I desire is for the shift to be not to painful and to be able to shift at will this is my will so mote it be!"
