What if Mark and Lexie met before she was an intern at Seattle Grace/Seattle Grace Mercy West? What if this is their second and last in encounter? What if they weren't on the plane when it crashed and somewhere else in the hospital?
"Today's the day. The day we met the interns. So that means you residents better not mess it up for us doctors. Okay" I said the newest residents that are getting their interns today.
"Okay" they all say in union. Then they leave to get their interns.
"Do you think their going to live up to what you said?" Derek asked.
"No, but I hope one will." I said as I left to see a patient.
When I get to the patient Doctor Yang is filling the interns in on why he is there. I walk over Mr.Peterson to see how his burns are. "So Mr.Peterson how's your pain now any better then when you got here last night?" I questioned

"It's a little better but not a lot" Mr.Peterson told me.
"Okay thank you. Doctor Yang, interns do you think he needs more surgery?" I asked and almost right away I saw hands fly into the air.
"Uhhh.....Number three." Doctor Yang says
I look over and see a slightly familiar girl then she said "No, because they aren't extreme burns and we should let the burns and skin heal for a while."
"Very good Doctor...."
"Grey"
"Good job Doctor Grey. By the way any relation to Doctor Meredith Grey?" I asked
"Maybe" she responds.
"Ok, Doctor Yang or an intern will check on you ever hour Mr.Peterson"
"Okay nice seeing you Doc.Sloan."
I leave the room and check on different patients.
Lexie's POV
Man that Doc.Sloan looked so familiar. I must have seen him at the store or something.
"Hey I'm George but everyone calls me O'Mally or 007. By the way good job in there most of us would of said he needs surgery." George said to me.
"Thanks I'm Lexie." We shake hands. "How do you have so many nicknames its only the first day?"
"Oh I didn't pass my boards so I'm an intern again" he said.
"Makes sense. Well any tips to get on Doc.Yang's good side?"
"That one I can't help you with. You'd have to ask your possible 'sister' Meredith Grey" He said well laughing.
"What's so funny?"
"Just thinking that the Meredith Grey daughter of Elis Grey has a sister."
"Actually she has two" I corrected him.
"Wait, what I thought you didn't know if you were sisters?"
"I didn't want to make a big deal of all of it" I explain.
