From the Start(Slexie)

Their mistake

Mark's POV

"I swear I've seen her before Derek" I say.

"Ya but from where you just keep saying you've seen her before. Or are You going to just keep saying you've seen her before."He told me.

I think I've literally ran into her a couple of years ago. I thought to my self. Then it hit me I think she was a freshman and I was a senior in high school and we literally ran into each other at the entrance to the school.

"Derek I know how I know her. I know how I know Lexie Grey."

"Great man how?"He asked

I didn't answer him I just went running looking for her. Soon enough I completely crashed into her. I didn't give her the chance to respond I just told her how I know her.

Then out of no where she kissed me. I didn't hesitate to kiss her back. Then we pulled away for a breath. Then she said "Its about time I've missed you."

I looked at her confused. She then explained how we dated in high school.

Then next thing that happen felt so right yet so wrong.

The Next Day

Lexie's POV

The next day I wake up with strong arms around me. At first I was going to freak out but then I remembered the previous day's events. With a photographic memory that's a good and bad thing. Then I remember he is basically one of my bosses.

I carefully get out of his bed and get dressed and leave before he gets up. I get back into my apartment I close the door and put my back against it and slide down it.

After a while I get changed and go to the hospital for rounds. I walk in and see Dr.Sloan I carefully sneak away to the intern locker room so he doesn't catch me.

Mark's POV

"So man I woke up alone today." I tell Derek.

"Ok what else is new."

"No I mean I went to bed there was someone with me."

"Oh. Was it Lexie?"He asked.

"Ya. how'd you know man."

"Because yesterday when I asked how you knew her. You just ran off. I decide to follow you and heard you guys talking. Then when I was going to confront you I saw you guys kissing." He explained.

"Why are you telling me this now"

"I didn't want to ruin your guys moment."

I just leave after that.

Meredith's POV

I'm talking to Christina when our pagers go off for the ER. We run down there and page our interns.

Everyone is yelling about something. Then all the sudden some girl comes up to me and says "You Meredith Grey?" I nod and she say "Can I talk to you?"

I yell at to "Get the hell out of the way." and "No you can't talk to me unless it's about a patient" Which I doubt it was.

Then out of the blue I hear her yell over everyone "I'm your sister. Well technically half sister."

I then turn to Christina and ask if that's her intern and she said she was. I ask Christina to "Get her out so I can focus. And she does.

Lexie's POV

I understand why she wants me out of there and just sit there thinking about all my decisions from the pass 24 hours. Eventually I see Mark or should I say Dr.Sloan coming towards me with a really big grin on his face. He takes a sit next to me.

"Hey" is all he says.

" Look what happen last night can't happen again." As soon as I said that I could see that I hurt him. "Its not your fault its just I don't want anyone to think you're giving me special treatment because of it." After that I could see he understood.

"I understand. Completely." He said and I felt relieved.
