It's been a couple of weeks since Daryl and I started a relationship. I didn't think a person could ever be this happy. It was indescribable. Noah seems to be happier lately as well. Daryl got him a job at the car shop he and Merle work at. They seem to be getting along, although I don't like Noah to be around Merle.

I was currently on my way over to the shop to take Daryl and Noah lunch. When I pull in, I sigh in annoyance when I see Merle sitting outside taking a smoke; he spotted me. I get out of my car and hope he doesn't say anything as I go to the front door.

"Hey there, sugar tits!" he calls.

"Fuck off."

"Whoa whoa! Ye better be more nice to me if ye wanna keep comin' around to my house to get freaky with my little brotha." he warned.

"Why does it matter to you, anyways? You're never there." I fire back, stopping to turn and face him as he gets uncomfortably too close to me.

"That don't matter. It's still my house."

He smells disgusting, I brush him off and go inside, wanting to get away from him. Since I have never been in here before, I'm not sure where to go. A man comes out from an office, his name tag says Jim.

"Hello, there, ma'am. How can I help you today?" he asked politely.

"I'm just here to drop off lunches to Daryl and my little brother." I said.

"You're Noah's sister?" he asked. I nodded.

"Come on back." he said, motioning for me to follow him.

He led me back to a big garage, which was loud from the noise of multiple men working and talking loudly. It smells of car oil and cigarette smoke. Jim takes me over to a corner where Daryl and Noah work, both in matching white wife beaters stained with dirt and oil.

I become painfully aware that all conversations have died down and all the heads are turned in my direction. I regret wearing such tight and form fitting pants today.

"Hey, guys." I greet quietly when we reach them. They each wipe their dirty hands so they can grab the sack lunches I hand to them. Jim has disappeared, which I was irritate by because he was acting as my shield from the men.

Daryl notices all the eyes on me, and rage burns in his, "Ay! Stop starin' at my girl and get back to work!"

My face burns with a blush at the title he gave me. They all snap out of it and proceed to their work. I compose myself and turn back to them.

"Thanks for lunch, Quinn." Noah says with his mouth full.

"I'll meet ye in the break room in a minute to eat." Daryl told him, and Noah nodded and exited.

Daryl grabbed my arm and pulled my farther into the corner so we were out of earshot, and most likely to get me out of the other's view as well.

"Are we still on for tonight?" he asked lowly. I bite my lip and smile, nodding.

"Meet under the tree at 5:30. I'll bring dinner." he said.

"Okay." I quickly kiss his cheek, "See you tonight."

I leave, feeling very excited for our date tonight.

Daryl rolls off of me, both of us sweating and breathing heavily. I lay my head on Daryl's shoulder, both of us looking up at the weeping willow branches blowing with the gentle breeze.

"Our food is probably cold." I chuckled.

"Don't matter. I'm full now."

I giggled, "You horny bastard."

He growled passionately and pulled me on top of him. I squealed in delight as he pulled my lips down to his. His fingers traced my bare spine, sending shivers. Our tongues battled each other, neither of us backing down. I finally had to pull away for air. I sat up, putting my naked body on display for him to see.

"Am I really your girl?" I asked.

He sat up with me, pulling me closer, "My girl."

I laughed happily and he made that sexy growling noise again, flipping us over so my back was against the blanket we laid on the grass,  and kissed every inch of my body until the sun went down.
