Chapter Ten // Jealousy

I think... I'm in love with Kenma. I know, we just started dating, but every time I'm near him my heart beats so fast. I pictured him in my head, his bleached hair and hazel eyes... his adorable smile.

I sigh, biting down in my lip.

"(Y/n)~?"

I felt someone grab the back of my hoodie, stopping me in my tracks. I turned to glare at whoever pulled me out of my thoughts, to see Shoyo grinning at me.

"You're walking past your school." Shoyo giggled idiotically. I rolled my eyes. "Oh.."

We stood in silence, as I awkwardly looked away. Shoyo tackled me in a hug. "See you at practice! Right (Y/n)!"

"Right!"

I ran towards the school entrance, but before walking in I turned around and waved at my big brother.

"BYE BYE!!" I heard him shout, as he waved back at me. I giggled lowly, before walking into the school.

I wasn't even in the school for five minutes, before the twins tackled me.

"So! How'd your date go with Kenma?"

I felt the heat spread on my cheeks like wildfire. "It wasn't a date..." I trailed off, as the girls laughed mischievously. "Sure it wasn't, sweetie." Macy says, as Lacy nods beside her.

"Lunch time, lunch time, I really love foooood~!!" Macy sang, as Lacy clapped along. "Lunch time, lunch time, I won't share with yoooou~!" Lacy sang, before the two bursting out laughing at her cracking voice.

"Sorry, I can't sing." Lacy giggles, twirling her hair.

"Yeah, I know." Macy muttered, laughing.

They opened the door to the roof to see I was already there. I was typing furiously ion my cell, as both girls stared at me weirdly.

"I bet she's texting her Senpai. Ohhhh~ Senpai please notice me~~!" Macy whispered to her twin, snickering.

"She's obviously not, she has a boyfriend, remember!" Lacy countered.

"Heh. I bet she's texting her boyfriend. Ohhhhh~ I missssss you so much~~!" Macy whispered again, and snickered.

Lacy rolled her eyes, as they approached me.

"Hey (Y/n)~ Who ya texting?" Macy says, peering over my shoulder with a smirk. I jumped nearly a meter high, before closing my phone. I placed it on the ground beside me. Both girls sat across from me, staring at me strangely.

My phone vibrated, moving an inch from its previous spot.

We all reached for the phone, but I got it quicker.

Me : Kenma. I'm not ditching school. I'll see you Saturday like we planned.
