Chapter 7

I said "omg, it's 3 am." Shoot. My dad got up at 3 am to get ready to go to work. I knew my parents would kill me if they found out I left the house in the middle of the night. I was already in enough trouble and I didn't want to get in anymore. I told Hayes that I had to go. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and I ran back to my house. I quickly ran up to my room and got into my bed. I made it just in time when I heard a knock on my door. I ran over to the door and it was my dad. He said "So did you sleep well last night?" I just laughed in my head. I responded "Yes" My dad said "I'll be home around 3, love you" and then left. My mom was still in bed. I wanted my phone soooooo badly. I ran into my parents room and begged my mom for my phone. I promised her I would never be home late again. Finally she gave in and gave me my phone. She said "If you are ever home late again, you will say goodbye to your phone for a long time." I just ignored her and texted Hayes. It responded almost instantly.

E- I'm so happy I got my phone back!

H- Yay! What are you doing today?

E- I'm not doing anything haha

H- Do you want to hangout?

E- What time?

H- My parents aren't home, they're at the beach this weekend, so whenever you want!

E- Well I need to get a shower so how about in an hour?

H- Yea that's fine. Can't wait!😘

As soon as I put down my phone I got in the shower. My shower lasted about 20 min. When I got out of the shower I blow dried my hair so my hair wouldn't be soaking wet. I put on my white jean shorts and a pink ruffled tank top. I still had a little while before I left. I told my mom I would be right across the street at Hayes' house. My mom was fine with it because our parents knew each other. At 10:00 Hayes came over to get me. I said goodbye to my mom and ran out the door. Hayes said "So Alex texted me and asked if you and I wanted to meet up with him and Lily." I said "That's fine with me." "Alex said that we could go over to his house." Hayes intertwined his fingers with mine and we started walking to Alex's house. Alex and Lily were standing outside waiting for us. We all greeted each other and went inside.

Hayes and I laid on the one sofa and Lily and Alex laid on the other. We didn't do much besides watch tv and hangout. My phone started buzzing, it was my mom.

M- Hey sweetie. Hope you are having fun with Hayes. We are going to the beach overnight with the Griers. We arranged some plans so that you and Kevin can stay at the Griers house overnight. I will see you tomorrow. Stay out of trouble. Call me later.

( btw Kevin is Emma's brother )

E- Ok! I'll talk to you later. Bye mom love you!

I immediately told Hayes the news. We were both excited about this. Hayes said "We should throw a party, I can have Nash invite his friends over too."

5:00 pm-
Around 5 we started inviting people over for the party. Hayes only invited a couple people, Nash invited over 100 people. Hayes and I went up to his room while Nash set up for the party. Hayes and I took a couple selfies together and then we both posted them on instagram. Before I knew it comments started popping up left and right. Some of the comments we nice, but most of them were rude, really rude.

One girl commented: Omg, you two are so cute together.

Then one girl flipped out: How in the world does Hayes like you?!?!!!?!! You are ugly, I'm surprised anyone likes you. Hayes is mine so back off. The world would be so much better without you here.

That commented made me really angry and upset. I started to cry a little. Hayes said "Don't listen to anyone, you're not ugly, no where near ugly. If people want to be like that let them. And the world would be horrible without you here. You made my life 100 times better. I love you."

He is seriously the nicest guy ever.

Soon people started arriving for the party. Hayes and I went downstairs to hangout with Hayes' friends. When Nash and his friends started playing truth or dare we went upstairs. Hayes said "We should watch the conjuring!" I said "No way!" But Hayes insisted that we watch it. Hayes and I laid in his bed and started the movie. He said "Don't be scared, it's all fake." I was still scared. I rested my head on Hayes' chest and fell asleep.

Soon I woke up to Nash running in the room screaming..........
