The Phone Call, Part-2

"Should I call him?"

This thought has been going round in my head since I took his number,

"It's been 4 days... maybe I made a blunder" I said,

"4 days, 15 hours and 57 minutes Anya.." smiled Sana.

"You know if you can't get over it, just deal with it."

"So enlightening!" said Shyna, being sarcastic,

"Don't you think that Anya should call him Sana?

It's kinda rude..."

"It's not rude, it's understandable,

Anya is the most popular girl of high school,

Why should she waste her time by calling that dork first bencher?"

"Well, that dork first bencher helped Anya in her math problem."

"So what? A lot of guys are more than willing to help her out."

"But Kabir doesn't expect anything in return,

That's what makes him different than others,

And you know very well what the others want Sana."

"So? It's her life, let her enjoy!"

"Shyna do you even realize what you're saying?" I intervened,

But Anya honey why would you call him?

He's not your type..."

"This is where it gets interesting!" exclaimed Sana with her eyes shining up.

"So this could mean that she really likes Kabir!!"

"Anya, why is she even here??!"

"Don't you think Kabir is cute Shyna?" asked Sana,

"Well... He is cute but not that cute that Anya would call him"

"Right Anya?"

Both looked at me for an answer,

But I had stopped listening long ago.

"Do I really like him?" I thought,

"Of course you do like him!!" exclaimed Sana.

"Okay now stop it both of you,

I need to be alone now"

"As you command my lady" giggled Sana, while Shyna just made a pathetic face.

"You know either you should stop calling us or you should learn to listen to us" said Shyna with a disgust.

"Give her some space Shyna! Can't you see the lady has to make an urgent phone call?" she giggled again.

"When will you grow up Sana?"

"The day you will Shyna"

"Alright now both of you go!" I shouted,

Sana and Shyna both spoke together,

"Ya sure why not... We are bound to do anything you say"

"After all, we are the two sides of the same coin,

And Anya sweetie, YOU are the coin"

And then I opened my eyes.

I jumped from my bed,

Got my phone and made the call,

It was after 6 rings did he finally picked up the phone,
